I was dropping of my 2019 BMW X7 for routine maintenance.

I was dropping of my 2019 BMW X7 for routine maintenance. I was rushing to get my stuff and accidentally pulled the right front air vent clips out when trying to remove my phone mount. I told them what I did and I was told they could give me a quote to repair it. They came back with a quote of $2,000. I was told they could not just put the pieces back in, they would need to replace the entire unit. NO THANK YOU! When I got home I watched a YouTube video that showed me how to put it back together. I was able to get the clips back in but I ended up snapping the little piece that connected to leaver that allowed the clips to move from side to side. I went on Amazon and ordered a replacement for $30. It fit perfectly and snapped right in. I can’t believe that they told me it couldn’t be fixed when it could have been or that there were going to charge me $2,000 to replace something that didn’t need to be fixed.

I was connected with Tim for a certified pre-owned BMW

I was connected with Tim for a certified pre-owned BMW 430i. He was amazing! We did the entire deal via phone & text message. Less than 24 hours later I was at the dealership to pick up my new car! He even had his assistant pick me up in my new car, fully detailed, at the rental business. 10/10 best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Tim!

Outstanding Dealership!! BMW of Grapevine delivered an exceptional car buying experience for me. I found the exact vehicle that I had been searching for at a very competitive price. From the first interaction, Jonny "Will Make Sure You're Straight" Willingham never made me feel pressured or uneasy about doing business with Sewell, so I decided to make the drive from San Antonio to Dallas Fort Worth. He did everything that he said he would do; ensuring that Sewell's reputation of being a dealership of integrity remained intact. Sewell really is a great experience.

Sewell really is a great experience. I will admit I was a doubter as I thought they all must be the same. I am here to say that I was wrong. I had a great experience buying a car from Justin Bellinger at Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I just purchased a car last month from a different dealer, and it was a night and day difference. With Justin Bellinger, I never felt pressured or felt that I didn't have all the needed information. He even sent over the options that would be discussed at closing so I could be prepared. If you are in the market for a used BMW, The Sewell BMW of Grapevine location is worth a visit. I found they had a larger selection of cars to choose from than the other dealerships. Their pricing is up-front and that is mentioned up-front. The trade-in process was easy, and we were offered a very fair price. What made my car buying experience so good that I am writing a review? Justin Bellinger is the reason for my great buying experience. He spent more than enough time explaining the features of the car and helping us pick the right one. He also did all of the closing paperwork. I really liked the fact that the entire process was completed with just him. Justin spent 30 minutes reviewing the features of the car and setting the car up just the way my daughter wanted it. My daughter and I really appreciated the help. Thank you, Justin Bellinger and Sewell, we will be back.
