Amazing experience from start to finish.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Jake M. provided the right balance of professionalism and working with a very interested customer. Of course this resulted in a purchase of my X5, which I am extremely happy with. He was not pushy but knew I was ready to move forward and helped with making the process seamless. If you are looking for a BMW don't hesitate to give him a call.

Went into dealership at 1pm on Saturday- didnt have

Went into dealership at 1pm on Saturday- didnt have enough sales people (new & used) - they had waitlist going. Went elsewhere.

We were in search of a newer car for my wife when we

We were in search of a newer car for my wife when we visited Sewell BMW Grapevine Pre-Owned. Initially, we were there to view a X5 that we saw on Cars.com and had - it turned out - the great pleasure and experience of meeting Gabriel Chavex. Gabe was able to help us in our decision-making process and he asked, answered and LISTENED to each of our 100's of questions. Gabe is very knowledgeable and proved to be a Great Salesperson, who provided us with information essential in making our decisions. He never demonstrated any of the qualities I dislike in a Used Car Salesperson - you know the type; Impatience, Never Listening, There-just-to sell-you-any car-available, etc. Even after the purchase, Gabe went to bat for us on a rather small item replacement and provided us with a fabulous overall car buying experience. We have plans for him to start looking for a car for our daughter in the near future and will only use him at Sewell to find us a car for her.
