Exceptional buying experience

I inquired about a used vehicle I saw online and immediately got a call from Boris who is in sales at the dealership. He immediately answered every question I had and was super knowledgeable. He made the whole buying process, very seamless and effortless. He was very professional, from the very beginning of the process to the very end, when my car was delivered to me. He went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. I am beyond happy with my vehicle and I would 100% refer friends and family to this dealership and especially to work with Boris for their future vehicle purchase. Thanks again!

Scammed by service department

Scammed by service department - I paid $650 for a new key with the promise that it would include programming and blocking out a stolen key. I showed up to get my new key and was told I had to pay over $200 more. $650 for just a key, after a promise otherwise is outrageous. BMW of Dallas is several hundred cheaper on a new key - and they won't lie to you!

Excellent Purchase Experience

Worked with Jake M. in certified pre owned sales. He went above and beyond when we purchased our 2023 X7 over the phone on a holiday. They offered a fair number on my trade and Jake provided excellent service. He drove the X7 from Dallas down to my house in Austin to complete paperwork and collect our trade in. We had one issue with a seat not working and Jake attempted various support options over a few days. We under up having to make an appt at our local dealer, but I was satisfied with the steps Jake took for us. I would recommend Jake and Grapevine BMW to anyone looking for a BMW.

Great experience!

Matt Grubb was great to work with! He helped me get into my first X5 and made the process smooth and easy. Was great with my son and wife, too. Don’t leave there with out trying one of their great chocolate chip cookies. Glad to be apart of the Sewell family and thanks again to Sewell and Matt for the new X5!

You will regret giving them your business

I was so excited when a BMW dealership opened in Grapevine a few years ago. I was a sucker for those "Sewell difference" commercials. It's all a load of lies. I have been frustrated and even angry sometimes after leaving this dealership's service department. The worst of their "service" is being condescended and lied to because they think you are a stupid woman. Today, and the final time I'll be using this dealership (or any Sewell for that matter) was the hay that broke the camel's back. It took them TWENTY-SEVEN HOURS to perform an OIL CHANGE. When I dropped off my car for an oil change and state inspection (which they did not do), my service rep (a kid who couldn't have been more than 21) KEPT trying to pressure me into spending $1,000 on "BMW recommended services". xxxxxxxx. I came home and educated myself on all these "BMW recommended services" and they were not at all due.

Terrible service at Grapevine BMW

I recently purchased a BMW X for 2020 from BMW soul of Grapevine. Although this was my fourth BMW purchase since 2005 it will definitely be my last. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I wish I had just bought a brand new one because two weeks after living off of the lot in my pre-owned vehicle the service light began to come on. It took me another two weeks to get a service appointment and once I did get the appointment my 2020 BMW X4 need it front brakes back brakes, new rotors oil change and tires, so I feel like I was basically sold in Lemmon, after numerous attempts to rectify this, I was told that they would put it on my credit and they did not want the car back. I wonder why it says if they saw me coming being a single black female without any help from a man I was taken advantage of, and I will never ever ever do business with BMW again , and as a male lady, I plan to tell everyone I see about my terrible experience at Grapevine BMW . so I always read your reviews because life isn’t so Rosie for everyone especially single black females.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service. What a waste of time. People don't even look at you or greet you. I Have given them 2 chances to make it right. I will never go back. Awful place. Stay away

Bad service

Dishonest, disrespectful, not willing to go the extra mile only will do bare minimum. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family
