True Customer Service and EV Luxury
We are former Tesla Model X owners and wanted an EV with real luxury but still decent tech and range. We found it at Sewell BMW-Grapevine. We came later in the evening dressed way too comfortable and casual but still received personal and courteous service from Gabe. After a test drive in a 2023 iX50, we were very much surprised! We were looking at Volvo, Audi, Lucid and another Tesla. Gabe knew the incredibly high level of tech we were used to and helped point out really cool BMW tech to put our minds at ease. The true luxury and set-up of the iX was impressive. As a Car and Driver best, we decided to continue with pursuing the iX. I’m in the military and had to leave for duty in the following days. Even before a deal was struck, Gabe continued to help over the phone by proving how competitive they could be with price and financing. He helped me close the deal remotely and my wife picked up her birthday present, complete with a rooftop bow! I highly recommend Sewell BMW of Grapevine as their service is as expected for a truly professional and service oriented organization. BTW, we purposely shop too casual to test genuine customer service!! They passed!

This is the second time I’ve gone and received no help
This is the second time I’ve gone and received no help from any salesperson. I went to this dealer ship with family. If I could I would give them a zero!! No salesperson ever came up to us we walked around for 30-45 minutes looking at cars we even went inside. Other families walking around looking at cars just like us received help but we continued to not get help. Seems like they definitely stereotyping based on race and clothing. Very disappointed in Sewell as they’re supposed to be all about customer service. Do not go there!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
My experience with Sewell BMW of Grapevine was EXCELLENT!!! I live in a suburb of Houston and contacted Mike Scholtz to express my interest in purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. Mike was courteous and helpful throughout the process. Unlike experiences I've had with other dealerships, I never felt "pressured" at all by him. I flew to (DFW Airport) Grapevine to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Mike's Assistant, Boris Penados, picked me up from the airport and accompanied me during the test drive. Boris went over all of the vehicle's features with such patience and politeness. He answered every question I had. He even helped me set up myBMW app and explained the apps' features while I was there. Overall, I received exceptional service and professionalism from both gentlemen. This was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle from a Sewell dealership. Until this experience, I recalled seeing commercials with some skepticism of Sewell customers proudly touting being a part of the "Sewell family" experience. NOW I can understand their experience and am I'm proud to say that I am now a part of the Sewell family. I've shared my experience with my family and friends and have recommended that they contact a Sewell dealership when they next purchase a vehicle. This was the first vehicle I purchased from a Sewell dealership, but it won't be my last.

I’ve purchased two BMWs from Sewell Grapevine.
I’ve purchased two BMWs from Sewell Grapevine. My first was a 2018 430i, and I just received a new 2022 X5. Sewell is wonderful! They make purchasing a car so simple. We did all the paperwork via a Zoom call, and I spent less than one hour at the dealership.

I attempted to contact this dealership for two days in
I attempted to contact this dealership for two days in regards to my interest in a CPO 530e, and never once received any form of communication back. It's now been two days later and that car has been sold. I can't imagine how if they're not willing to reach out to potential customers.

This is a first class dealership. I have had numerous good experiences when it comes to getting my car serviced. The service advisors are very professional and personable. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car, and assist you in deciding whether to get the repairs done. They also treat customers as if they are important and matter .

This service department ruined my sons car. Its a long story now im just trying to get them to fix it. He drove it in and we had to tow it out.
