We called ahead to ensure the vehicle we wanted was in
We called ahead to ensure the vehicle we wanted was in stock. After confirming and making an appointment, we arrived a little early. We were checked in by professional young men at the front desk. Our sales associate Elvis greeted us with a firm handshake and a smile. I explained to him what we were looking for and he took us to the vehicle that was on the floor. It was beautiful! After checking inventory based on our asks, we checked out another vehicle but ended up purchasing the floor model, as it was “love at first sight.” There was never any pressure and the whole staff made it a point to congratulate us and welcome us to the family. Elvis and team are an asset to your company and we look forward to a lifelong relationship with you all.

Probably the most incompetent sales department I have
Probably the most incompetent sales department I have ever tried to work with. They took my build order and informed me I would take a year to get delivery. I was ok with that. After 7 months I checked on my order, they told me it was still a year away. After pressing them for more info they admitted they had no idea when my order would go through! Clearly they had NO intention of keeping me informed. This caulis incompetence is stunning.
