Service/Road Assistance
Once Road Assistance delivered car to dealership I received a confirmation call that it had arrived. This was followed up by call from service advisor, Phil, who informed me that replacement for flat tire was in stock and inquired if there was any other issues (safety feature on side mirrors was off). Service was completed in a timely fashion.

Pit stop service!
Pulled in to the service dept at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon was greeted by axcel ,the always smiling CSR I have had the pleasure to deal with for at least 30 yrs.My coolant light went on and I did not want to take any chances on my new defenders motor overheating, was checked thoroughly and washed without me even asking. Now thats service!
