Great place

Everyone from Rosalia to Rudy the salesman was extremely helpful. No games. Was in and out in an hour. I definitely recommend this place. I’ve been here for service as well and they are always on top of everything.

The service and repair department was excellent.

This was my first experience at the Paramus dealer. I went in for servicing and everyone was helpful and they had great customer service. They repaired my car in no time and they washed it.

Excellent, Honest and Fair Service 4/2021

Service Consultants were very helpful and knowledgable about my vehicle, warranties and insurance. Service was handled honestly and priced fairly and correctly. Service consult available via text is extremely helpful. Service consultant Ivana Busnelli assisted me with a question even after I picked up my vehicle. She went out of her way to help me and she responded immediately to all my texts. Ivana is an excellent representative of the dealership.

Liars, not to be trusted

Bought a pre owned car, paid 50k, sales person said the second key is with another person who is on vacation, promised to get it when he is back, manager also assured they would get a second key even if new one, almost 2 months now they will keep say they will and I have no second key yet.

Excellent Service

Every time I visit Paramus, I receive prompt and courteous service. My car was serviced within 24 hours, I was given a loaner and it was a pleasure. AJ is great!

Absolutely disappointed,service manager did nothing but...

Absolutely disappointed,service manager did nothing but give you runaround and bunch of lies , I wold never ever go back , that service department should never be allowed to represent Jaguar or Land Rover , if you have problem and you ask for supervisor or manager they will take your number and tell you he will call you in couple hours that call never comes , they cant even do simple oil change without making you go back again because they forgot to reset your computer, AJ will give you runaround for anything that is under warranty, you will Waite for ever for any warranty work , if you try to find out if they ordered parts there will be no record of any orders, then it will be impossible to reach your service rep, they messed up my door and told me they have to order parts and it will take up to 7 days , well it’s been 2 month and no call back and nobody has any records of any parts ordered , please do your self a favor and do not use this dealership for service , “they make appointments with out you knowing then tell you you had appointment and dint show “

Service

Outstanding service. No complaints! My second time getting service at this location. Always friendly and always helpful. Car was done when promised, cleaned and sanitized!
