Ken Pollack made buying a car a joy! They never pushed me into buying a car I didn’t want, and they went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. Even Information I never thought to ask was provided....this is the only place I will ever buy cars from again.

Bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL from Dave Baum. They were able to negotiate pricing via text which was very convenient. No hidden fees, dealer prep, blah blah blah just Tax Title and Tags. It was a seamless transaction. Gassed it up and detailed it before pick up. Would buy from again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest dealer. I have been looking for months before I bought this car and have encountered many dealers with misleading online pricing and with outrageous fee's. It was nice to find one that does not do that.

I gave the rating I did simply because Ken Pollack Mitsubishi is really a caring place. They actually treat women fairly and equally as a man. Meaning to say I don’t feel like I don’t know anything, on the contrary I learn much more more. Their service department is very knowledgeable and their work ethic is superb. I would always go to Ken Pollock for future purchases of vehicles and services.

Nice car. Didn’t give me a lug but for my tire so I’m driving 4/5 on rear drivers side tire. Not safe

Stopped to see if I could get my vehicle serviced and tires rotated without a appointment and was treated great. I asked if I could wait and told them I was in no hurray, they took my vehicle in, offered me something to drink and a snack in a very pleasant waiting room. Dave, the service manager, treated me with respect and is very friendly, even offered to wash my vehicle before I left, but passed because it was clean. Will be coming back again and will recommend your dealership to other people. My experience in the past with Dave in your service department has also been very good.
