Fantastic Customer Service
We dread the car buying "experience". We went to 4 or 5 different dealerships, including Ken Pollock Mitsubishi. After the experiences we had at the other places we decided Ken Pollock was where we were going with. Our salesman Dave was by far the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable person we dealt with and besides for deciding on the Outlander, Dave was part of our deciding factor as well.
