Thoughtful and Professional

I gave Ken Pollock a five star rating because,as a business owner,professional plumbing instructor, husband, father and son, time is valuable and sometimes so pressed that moving schedules around isn't possible. I called on a Friday morning about a car my wife was interested in. We had a interest in finding a new car, however we were wanting to wait until spring. The car she was driving had a different plan. My concern was growing deeper as the weeks prior past. I was worried about her safety and being stranded, without me able to assist in the situation. So, back to the phone call, I was worried with our schedules, the car she was interested would be gone before we could get there. I explained my situation with work and my hectic schedule. They remained at the showroom after hours for us to come. They had no guarantee that we would purchase, or even like the car. They prepped the car, had it in the garage and kept all needed staff at work until we arrived. We did purchase the car that evening and staff stayed to complete paperwork and all necessary transactions. The complete staff made us feel welcome, and at no time made us feel rushed or asif we were keeping them from their families....or dinner for that matter, it was 8:30 at night and iI missed dinner! As stated before, as a business person, I am critical of establishments and how customer relationships are handled. They did a A+ job and respect the treatment we received.

SUPER. love dave from service. he is very accommodating we had some time issues at first but got it sooner. Dave did his best and took care of me and Lilly (SUV). She enjoyed the stay and was not harmed. lol.

Great to me

From the day I stepped into the sales room to inquire about getting a car, everyone was extremely helpful. Although it was a bit of a challenge, I was able to get a car that I love. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

They have a great inventory and asked what color and what options we wanted and had us in the vehicle we wanted with the price we wanted

Good Service

EDIT: I must say that Dave in service has really done his best to help me with my defective vehicle. I am thankful for his work. They helped put me in a rental, and they provided the best customer service they could. Unfortunately, the vehicle's driver side seat still rocks back and forth after thousands of dollars were spent to repair it. This seems like it's more of a design flaw and I don't hold Ken Pollok responsible for the problems.

Great service. Thorough and not over priced .

Service was thorough. Call before starting any repairs appreciated, staff was friendly and accomodating. Prices for services provided were fair market value. I wouldn't take my Outlander to anyone else for service or repair.

Great experience at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi

Friendly, knowledgeable sales, financial and service staff. Process was stress free and enjoyable. I had all of my questions answered quickly and fully prior to making my decision to purchase my new Outlander.

Dave in service was great about getting me in, and even the day of service went smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. i dropped my car and left it with them for the day, and they were still prompt about getting too it.
