I usually hesitate to bring my car back to the dealer for service because it seems you always pay more. This is not the case at Ken Pollock. I was treated like a celebrity and may car came back Looking like brand new and it cost me less than it would be elsewhere. All the employees Are super and I would not hesitate to tell anyone to go there. They have new and used cars and excellent service and lots extras..even coffee.

Dave was my salesperson and so easy to work with. I'm brutally straight-forward and blunt, yet Dave has that personality that easily meshed with mine. Not one time did I get stressed out by anyone or overwhelmed. Drew, in finance also worked his end to secure me the best rates, and I know worked diligently. I truly feel I had an entire team working together for me with 110% attention as they did the same for other customers as well. Whether you are shopping for new or used, this dealership is a definite stop on anyone's list. Customer service will exceed your expectations...and I am one hard person to please.
