My salesman was Larry Campbell, and he was FANTASTIC! AND TRUSTWORTHY! My family bought a car from him before and its still going strong ten years later... NOW, for my turn! great!affordable! They gave me what I was interested in, wanted, and a GOOD deal! They were all very nice and helpful!

We visited PCofN on a Thursday to check out a Mercedes SLK 350. We’d been looking for this particular car for months and there are very few in Atlanta where we live. We happened to be on a weekend get away 2 hours from the dealership and decided to check it out. The car was immaculate and exactly what I’d been looking for. We proceeded to negotiate the deal and quickly agreed on the numbers. We agreed to come back on Saturday & pick it up before heading black to Atlanta. I was thrilled after months of looking. We’d had such a pleasant experience which is RARE in the used car industry. Unfortunately, on Friday we had a fire at our home and had to head back to Atlanta immediately. We contacted Andrew and explained our sudden departure and that we wouldn’t be able to complete the transaction. While I was disappointed about the car the mess we came home to was overwhelming. In the aftermath of a house fire I was pleasantly surprised that Andrew reached out to check on us. Talk about customer service. No mention of the car just making sure our family was ok. THAT spoke volumes. 3 weeks later we contacted Andrew to see if the car was still available. It was and now I could bring my trade to the deal since I’d be coming from home. Andrew went to bat for me to get me what I had to have out of my car and they still honored the original deal we penned 3 weeks earlier.. Imagine negotiating a trade in & purchase all over text. When we arrived to pick up my new car it was detailed & beautiful just like the first time we first saw it. Such a smooth transaction with no surprises. It’s rare to have such a good experience when dealing with dealerships and I got to have 2. Andrew, thanks for your professionalism, your genuine concern for us and our situation and going to bat for me to make this happen!! You’ve gained 2 loyal customers for life!! We’ll be back when we’re ready for the next car!! It was a pleasure!!

This was by far the best dealership that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Most of the dealing was done via text and email which was great considering I was from out of town. All I basically had left to do was sign the papers when I arrived. Mary Ann was a peach. Felt very comfortable at this dealership which is rare during the car buying process

Absolutely spectacular car buying experience. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back. Dallas was our salesman and he helped us find the exact car we were looking for. If it’s not on the lot, these guys put in the legwork and find the car and get it to you. We got the car we wanted and they handled all the paperwork so when we came back in, we were only there a few minutes signing. We cannot praise them enough. Dallas was terrific and Larry and Daniel helped the financing/purchase go smoothly.
