Me and my fiance bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee here. The ad said the jeep had an automatic car starter, so as we were trying to figure out how to use it, we noticed it didn't have one so we called they said we could buy one if we want it but but that all they could do. Not only didn't it not have a car start but the radio didn't work. They wouldn't fix it. Said we have to pay for it to get it fixed. We have taken this jeep back numerous times, so we noticed it was burning oil jeep didnr even have 100k on it so we got the oil changed, and with in a month, it was bone dry. We took it back to change us $108 for some kind of oil test. we had to bring it back at 500 miles. The man explaining the tesr to me says if it's not burn iok at 500 mile, don't worry about bringing it back. Well, a thousand miles later, and it's bone dry. We had to take it back. This jeep has been nothing but trouble. They didn't stand by what the Advertised. I will never buy anything from Thornton. They lied about that thr jeep has wouldn't fix what was brbroken. I'd give the minus stars if I could. This place is a joke. Mr. Hawksworth so instead of making this right you try and discredit the person writing the review by saying there no records of me purchasing a vehicle. Well at the beginning of the review I said me and my fiance bought a 2012 jeep my name may not be on the title but if you ask your service guy they know who I am. Again. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from Thornton. The jeep that we go was not the jeep you Advertised. Regardless. Update 10/24/2024 Took the jeep in for the them to look at . They check the oil level had to drive the jeep 500 mile so they could run there test. So when we took it back the 3rd the level was low and they told us we need to replace the pvc value. They sale us a piece of s#*r jeep then want us to come out of our own pocket to pay them to fit it. The general manager was suppose to get in contact with us but that never happen. Don't buy from Thornton they don't stand behind what they sale. They sold us a vehicle that they Advertised had all these Bells and whistle. Is didn't. They don't keep there word. I will never buy another vehicle feom them nor woild or will I Recommend anybody else doing it
