Went in for State Inspection and oil change/tire rotation. Very clean and comfortable waiting room. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Received great service in a timely manner, very happy with any service I have received there! I cannot recommend them enough!

Came to the dealership 15 minutes til close on New Years Eve. Chris came out and met me and was very accommodating. Chris offered to spend as much time as necessary that day and was there past his closing time. We agreed to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. On that day I found out he had accommodated me by coming in on his day off. Chris made the buying process easy and was willing to work with me to get me where I wanted to be. Candidly, Thornton Red Lion had to earn my business due to an unrelated experience years ago with another Thornton dealership. Chris B. and the entire team addressed all my questions from vehicle details to financing options without any pressure to buy. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend them highly, particularly if you know (or think you know) exactly what you are looking for.

Had a simple oil change and emissions. Took about 1.5 hours which I thought was a tad longer than anticipated, but was pleased with service. I actually had young man escort me to my vehicle which was a shocking but lovely thing to do.

Caleb immediately responded to all of my questions, which I had many, concerning the vehicle I was inquiring about. He was knowledgeable and friendly, as was everyone at the dealership! My purchase/paperwork was ready to go and went very smoothly, as we were traveling a long distance that day.
