Great Service Department

I just had the transmission overhauled at Tim Dahle. They were all so wonderful to work with! Keith in Service explained everything to me clearly, made sure I had no questions and gave me the best Customer Service experience I've had getting my car serviced. Thank you!

They are selling me things that I had already done

On Saturday I took my car to service the 30,000 miles, which was an oil change in the engine and transmission, and they were charging me for things that had already been done to the car in the last service, such as the brake system, even so I They sold the cabin filter that they had already sold to me the last time I took my car to the cervicio

Good Experience

Tim Dahle dealership will lie to you for profit of 300.00 dollars or less I purchased a diesel vehicle in March 2022 for 13,500.00. On June 09 2022 I used the KBB site to setup a Wholesale buy back and was quoted 8,900.00 for the vehicle. I have run into hard times and the price of diesel is out of control. I was contacted via txt by many dealerships which included Tim Dahle. I went to the dealership and after small chat the used car manager test drove the car and offered me 5,400.00 for the car. I was confused and showed them the KBB quote and asked if they were aware of the quote? They then offered 7,700.00 and I bartered for 8000.00 even. The used car manager said "the diesel cars are not selling well right now" Two weeks later I see the vehicle is listed for 13,800.00. Lies for profit. Don't trust this place

Tim Dahle Bountiful? Look for Leka!

I had a really nice experience with Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful. Even before I got there, Leka, my salesperson, was very responsive. At the dealership, he met me and made the process very easy. The rest of the staff was attentive but not pushy. Great place, good people.

I want the most out of my car so I bring it here.

Very friendly and informative to help me keep my car in top notch condition. If you like taking care of your car the best way possible this is the place to go. Also if you are tight on cash they are awesome and have options for payments plans.

Richard in Service Department

Richard in the service department was very friendly. He gave me recommendations on services for my car and also told me what I could hold off on. Also the 3 services for $155 is a great deal.

Service review

I use this service department for my 2010 Nissan. I was a little frustrated by the hour plus wait time for an oil change but the staff was courteous and professional and can usually get a same day appointment.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We live about an hour away from this dealership, we called to make sure the Cadillac we were interested in was available. Jason assured us that it was available and to still come in even though the dealership would be closed by the time we got there. When we got to the dealership Jason was unavailable as he was with a different customer. Another sales man stepped in and informed us that the Cadillac we were there to see would not start, that should have been our first red flag to leave! The sales man showed my dad a grad prix that they just accepted on trade that we were unable to test drive because of the time, this should have been our second red flag to leave but my dad really needed a car so he visually inspected the car, started the car, and all seemed fine. He decided to continue with the deal. We sat around for about an hour and half as financing was finishing up with other deals. When they got to our deal we were informed that I would have to purchase the car as my dad does not have a DL. At his point I asked if they offer any military or veterans discounts as the car was now going in my name, they do not offer any discounts on used cars. Fine. I was rushed through the paperwork and was told "Sign here" Sign here" "Sign here" with no explanation to what I was signing, yes I should have read the paperwork and had them fully explain what each paper was but felt so bad because they stayed late to get us taken care of, because they just wanted our cash. I signed an as is buyers guide knowing there would be no warranty on the car. We drive the car home from Tooele and it sat Sunday because the dealership refused to give us any type of temp tag for transportation so I got tags Monday and the car was drove from Tooele to Salt Lake Tuesday and the engine blew up. I called the dealership and was informed by Mario that they did not do any type of safety inspection on the car to ensure that they sold us a vehicle that would even last my monies worth and was told by him "What did you expect? You purchased the car for 2k." I expected the car to last for more than a drive to Tooele and back to Salt Lake! There is nothing they can do for me and Mario was less than professional when I tried to express my frustrations on their shotty practices.
