Shoddy workmanship

I don’t recommend any dealerships, ever, so that would be the reason for checking the “No” box. I usually take my vehicle to this dealership because they are close, they have a good waiting area, and the service reps are professional and polite. This time around, it’s a 3 star review because I bought brand new tires from the dealership since they were working on my vehicle anyway. The next morning, my front passenger side tire (one of the new tires) was flat. Since it was a Sunday I had to wait until Monday morning (so late to work) to go to Discount Tire and have them inform me that it’s not a nail in the tire which caused the flat, no I was told the TPMS valve installed with the new tire was not new and that was the source of the slow leak. After paying a little over $1,500 in labor costs ALONE for the work done on my vehicle, it was not thrilling to find out the dealership technician reused the old TPMS valve with a new tire. If it had been a nail in my new tire, this would’ve been a 5 star review.

Bad service and expensive for service. Inexperienc

Overcharge for everything and push unnecessary services. If you don’t get the service then they get angry and give you attitude. Would not recommend to anyone

Michael McGee was very professional with helping me find

Michael McGee was very professional with helping me find my car. He introduced me to the finance manager, followed up with my lien holder for the payoff to my trade in and confirmed the transaction was a success. Tim Dahle Dealership and group of people are an awesome Team!!

Don't trust the sticker price or their fees.

The salesmen are kind, but the price they advertise is a lie. They tried to add 30% over the advertised price of the vehicle in fees. Their dog and pony show about taking an offer of reduced fees to the man behind the glass and coming back with a counter offer is a joke. They try to charge you nearly 2 grand for the oil change on the vehicle that they did before you came in. They claimed everything was vehicle ready, but then when we turned on the wiper it scratched the glass because it was broken... Dont trust their advertisements. 2 stars because as I said before they are patient and kind, they are efficient with papers, but I feel like I paid too much considering some of the issues... certainly higher than they advertised

Lost hubcap

Had an oil change and tires rotated, and they didn’t put a hubcap back on correctly. Now I lost a hubcap just because they didn’t take their time

Tim Dahle Memorial Day Score!

After an exhaustive amount of online research and shopping, we finally found an SUV that checked all the boxes and the cheerful folks at Tim Dahle Bountiful we’re able to structure a deal for us that worked within our tight budget. We bought a used 2019 Chevy Equinox with 65K miles but it was their Lifetime Warranty and that peace of mind that sold us. Thank you Isaac and friends for the wonderful and easy going car shopping experience!

This place sucks xxx save your sanity and money

This place is a joke. I traded in my vehicle and got one used from them. The process was smooth and pretty quick which one would assume makes this a great dealership... WRONG!! The car seemed like it was in great shape, little did I know after only a couple months it is falling apart it's going to be over a 1000 dollars to fix these minor issues. Minor you say, should not be that bad or expensive... again wrong . They may be minor but there's so many things that have to be fixed and it adds up. Things like brake pads, shocks, and brakes fluid. Add up to be over 1000. It's only been 2 months since we left the lot! I know there wear and tear but come on brakes fluid??? How hard is it for a dealership to keep this stuff updated and ready? I came in for the first oil change and had to pay over 90 dollars because my engine was dirty after only 2 months they said that it needed it along with everything else mentioned. And the people working there?? Don't even get me started . They make everything seem so smooth and quick and like it's a good dealership until the deal is made and you leave the lot. After that it's been nothing short of a nightmare. First off they lost track of paperwork we had filled out from before even looking at vehicles. Then with the financing they changed our bank lender didn't call us . I only found out because I had to come pay a deposit. Had to resign everything again. Then the new lender was a nightmare too. And financing can't seem to keep travk of anything you give them I don't know how many times we had to resend things like paystubs etc. Lost track . You could give them everything they need glue it on their face and they'd still not know where your things went. Our temp tag was almost expired so I called to ask about plates and they said that they just barely finished filing paper work for plates that afternoon. They had FastTrack it so that we could get our plates in time. I could go on and on. Long story short just don't. Avoid days of headaches and being annoyed because they called you again because they lost your xxxx or can't find it. Unless you want to lose your sanity do not go here. I will never be a customer here again this is my first and Last time buying from them.

They are very upbeat and positive and they don’t try to upset you on services at the shop. An overall good atmosphere to be in.

The service is very poor.

The service is very poor. They wouldn't even put gas in my vehicle that I bought and it was bone dry. They wouldn't even give me a temporary tag. I would not recommend this place to anyone
