Went in to buy a car and the salesman "LEKA" was awesome!

Went in to buy a car and the salesman "LEKA" was awesome! Very polite and helpful in finding the car for me. He was not pushy at all. He really cared about what I wanted and what I thought about the car. After purchasing the vehicle he has contacted me a few times to make sure everything is going okay with the car and if there is anything he can do for me. Like I said LEKA really cares about his customers. Thank you Leka!

Awesome Experience

Keith Kreb, (I think that’s his name) was really good. He was very informative and gave me a detailed printout and very helpful suggestions on ways to make it easier on my wallet to take care of my car’s maintenance. He was very patient when my card declined several times and ensured me that “we will get this figured out!”. Service was thorough and fast.

Good news the price of your car just went UP.

I agreed to buy a car at the advertised online price. As I wanted to move forward I was told that the price had increased $2800 more because of a shop bill. If you agree to a price and they increase it get up and leave and share your experience online.

Purchased a car, asked for a Carfax.

Purchased a car, asked for a Carfax. Didn't get one. Asked if the car had been in an accident. We were assured that it had not. The next day we discovered that the car had been in an accident and the airbags had deployed, which was not disclosed. The manager, Ryan, refused to work with us.

Service is lackluster and needs improvement.

We ordered a dome light and the service tech said it would available next day. We brought our truck in a couple of days later and dropped it off. After an hour of having our truck they called and stated the part didn’t arrive and that another store got it instead. The dealership should have called ahead of time if they didn’t have the parts prior to drop off or at least told us when we dropped it off. We wasted time and gas driving there in a time when gas is at its highest to only be told sorry this happens sometimes from a smiling employee with no knowledge that we were in there only to get a part that was ordered and they said would be there but wasn’t.

Excellent Sales Team

Great service! Isaac was a great salesman and helped us find the perfect Titan Pro-4X! Cardon, the floor manager was able to get us a GREAT Deal!!

Horrible at best

I have used this dealership for several problems with my car. The first was a latch that had to be replaced, that later there was recall for, and they racked me over to coals. Then wouldn’t reimburse me later when the recall happened. The next time I was having transmission problems. I took it to them explaining what was happening and all they brought back to me was they couldn’t get to do what I said was happening. This after I told them that the car had to be driven and get hot for it to happen. They said change the transmission fluid and that will fix it. Cost $245. It didn’t fix it and they said there was nothing they could for it. The next time I took the air conditioner in because it wasn’t working and still under warranty. They had the car for two days and when I went to pick it up they said it was working just fine. I went out to the car and started it and it was still blowing hot air. I went in and talked to Dixie about it and she said it was working. I asked her to come and check and low and behold it wasn’t. 2 more ways in the shop. This could be the worst dealership I have Weber world with! They have convinced me to not EVER buy a Nissan again!

This is the most unprofessional, joke of a dealer I’ve

This is the most unprofessional, joke of a dealer I’ve ever had the inconvenience of walking into. They look like a sorry used car dealer with salespeople and managers that have no business being in customer service. Lie after lie came out of their mouths while they had explicit music blaring not from 1 but 2 locations inside the sales floor. Worst experience of our lives! Thank god there are good dealers close by that helped us with purchasing a vehicle the same day. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER!! It’s like a frat party that any normal person would throw up at the sight of. Once again. For your own sake STAY AWAY!!

I was looking for a Murano.

I was looking for a Murano. When we went inside the store, the management was completely unprofessional. They were blaring explicit music, screaming, and acting like a bunch of fraternity guys. One of the managers came to me apologizing and laughed at my facial expressions of pure shame for them. I felt extremely uncomfortable and knew from their behaviors that they would give me an unreasonable price for the car (I was correct). I went straight to Ken Garff and bought my Murano instead that evening. They lost a customer for sure!
