Had a good service experience

Had my car serviced (oil change, battery service and recall) and they were very professional. Suggested additional services, but were understanding when I couldn’t do them. They also installed for me the wiper blades I had in my back seat.

Very Pleased with My Purchase

I purchased a used car last night from this location. Isaac and Michael helped me and my dad in choosing a car that fit my needs. Both Isaac and Michael were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am very pleased with my purchase and never felt that Isaac or Michael pressured me into making a decision I did not want to make. Conversely, I felt that Isaac and Michael ensured that I got to make my own decisions. The facilities were overall clean and pleasant. I was never told anything about the car I purchased needing any repairs. The car is in excellent condition and I am really enjoying the safety features on it.

Look at their reviews before buying

These people lie in your face to make a sale. When I purchased my truck over a month ago they told me that I could pick it up the next day because they were going to do a detail and maintenance. After the day goes by I get a call saying that they did not finish and told me to pick it up the second day of after signing, the second day goes by and I get a call saying I can pick it up in a week because the truck was not starting. They had to change the fuel pumps, 2 batteries, and the front brakes. During that week I said to them that I wanted to return it or trade it in because they were selling something that did not work and I was told I couldn’t. I waited over a week to be able to get my truck and within an hour the check engine comes on and I take it back, they don’t tell me what the code is and they just tell me to do a drive cycle to see if it came back on which it did, second time I take it they tell me it’s the turbo actuator and the total for that repair is going to be over 1k but that they were going to take care of it. It’s been over a month and they still have not gotten the part to fix my truck and now more problems came now the head gasket is leaking and there’s problems with the chasis, the total for these repairs is over 13k and they said they can’t do anything about it. Avoid this dealership if you’re not trying to get screwed over.

This dealership sold me a truck that did not start and lied to me about it. When I purchased the truck I was told I could take it the next day because they were going to do maintain and detail it, after the first day they told me that they did not finished to I had to pick the truck up the second day after signing so I waited 2 days and the second day I get a call that I had to pick the truck up in a week because it had issues and it was not starting. During that week I told the dealership that I wanted to return it or trade it in for another truck and was told that I could not. Keep in mind that I had not taken the truck out of the dealership. Now that I have had the truck for over one month the engine is failing and the chasis has problem. The total to repair is over 13k and they said they can’t do anything about it. Stay away from this dealership if you’re not trying to get screwed over.

We were test driving a used Nissan from another small dealer and made an appointment to have the Nissan service department look it over and do their “used car inspection”. Was told it was $129 on the phone when I made the appointment. When I dropped the car off I mistakingly asked if it was $159 and she said No, it’s $150… it had been a long day so I thought maybe I had misheard on the phone. When I verified it was $129, and they charged me $179 when I went to pick it up- she said no, you asked if it was $159 and I said no, $150 plus tax. They charged me shop fees in addition. Seriously? Then looked at another car while we were there listed at $8999. They tried to tell me they were doing me a favor by not charging me for all the work they put in to the car. I told them that parts on them, I should be getting it for what they have advertised. In small print it says, price does not include shop fees. Then they try telling me it’s $10900 out the door with tax and fees. Seriously. What a joke. Licensing fees are less than $100, and tax is less than a grand. I walked away. Now they won’t stop trying to contact me. (Not to mention while test driving one of their used cars, the salesman went with us which is annoying, AND was badmouthing the Nissan that we were having inspected, saying how bad that make/model Nissan car is… at a NISSAN dealership!!).

I drove several hundred miles on their word concerning a car deal which was supposed to be a pretty much straight across trade. When they showed us their “tally” sheet, it was for $7500.00 more than our deal. Talk about bait and switch, these guys have mastered it. Run away! No really run way!

Hi Disgusted, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit.

Not Honest and up front

I started looking for a car because my current nissian was going to be to costly to fix. I talked with the sales team and Found the used car I wanted and was initially told it was $31000. Then when we start to run numbers and a $2085 dollar charge was add for new tires and a service check. This seems costly. Needless to say the car was $33085. Then I was informed a $998 charge was added for a vin etching on the window and a rear detector. As you can see there were a lot of hidden cost that came up. As this was a used car I was purchasing, I asked why I need to pay this fee because the first owner had already paid for this and was informed it had to do with associating the vin to me. Then I was told if I used there financing they would get me the best rate. It came back at 6% and I told them that seemed high and we could get a better rate. The sale manager was very aggressive with my wife and started asking with what company. He also informed me that if we did not use there financing the price would go up by $1900. At this point I left and went to get my car which had none of the recall items done. So I couldn’t even leave with my car. I told them I would be back on Monday to pick up my car. After I left, I received emails saying they hope they could work with me and earn my businesses. After this experience I went and secured a loan at half their rate I was offered. I guess they didn’t shop for best rate. On Monday, I talked with the sales men and told him I had secured a loan and wanted to talk straight price not payments. After discussing this with the sales rep on the phone we set an appointment for noon. I told him my bottom line and said if you can make this happen then I’ll take the car but if not I was leaving and didn’t want to waste either of our time. I showed and waited for 30 minutes because the rep was helping another customer. At 1230 we stated to discuss the sale and using my loan I had secured. Once again the sales person started to go back to using there company to secure the loan and payments. I told him that as we had discussed this was my bottom line. He went back for a about 10 minutes and discussed my conditions with a different sales manager. The sales manager came out and said hi and informed me that they would be losing money if they took what I had offered. I said okay and left with my car. In short my frustration is that they we not upfront and honest. Pricing kept changing and when I asked for specific number I was given general numbers and told finance would go over the numbers once we agreed. Secondly, I told them what I was going to offer before I even showed up. My time was wasted because they wanted a second hack at negotiation.
