I have been searching for a new truck for 6 months. The...

I have been searching for a new truck for 6 months. The lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just recently found a dealer that was willing to accept my terms. I was also working with a salesman from Tim Dahle who said he would match the offer from the other dealership. I based my final decision off the dealership's location, which was Tim Dahle Bountiful. I grabbed my brother in law to drive my old truck and headed to buy my new truck. Filled out all the paperwork and handled the financing. Now it was time to take possession of my brand new truck, only to find out that it wouldn't be here for 3 weeks, (The other dealer was willing to deliver the truck to my house on Christmas eve). The online listing made no mention of the truck "coming soon", and the salesman said nothing about the truck being in transit until the paperwork was signed. After a few days of being angry, I contacted the salesman asking to get out of the deal and was told that isn't an option. If you are going to buy from this dealer, please make sure that you verify everything that matters to you, otherwise you may be stuck with an unacceptable deal.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Buying a car from a dealership you would expect that they did at least a basic inspection and would be honest about their findings. We bought the car and when we took it to our mechanic for an oil change, we found out it needs over $2000 in repairs to pass safety. The dealership says it’s my problem, and they don’t allow you to bring cars back if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase. Buyer beware, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The sales person also verbally agreed to provide a new key FOB at no cost, but then tried to sneak the $300 charge in our bill at the end and argued with us that it was fair to make us pay for a key to lock the doors - the manager eventually waived this charge.

Car purchase

Purchased a car today and had the pleasure of working with Benson. It was my first purchase from a dealer and there was no hesitation to answer all my questions and get all the little things taken care of to drive her off the lot. Thanks guys!

Beware

Bought a truck from here and it had a bent upper control arm that i wasnt aware of. I had the warranty to cover it but they kept giving me the run around and then claimed that it wasnt covered since it was impact damage. When i told them that it was like that since i bought it they told me that it was fine before i bought it and that it was going to cost me over 1200$ to fix.

The whole experience was the fastest I’ve ever had. Johnny the salesman was nice and honest. Didn’t push us over our limits in terms of price or budget

BE CAREFUL

Ok customer service BUT WOULD NEVER purchase another car from here. We went to inquire about a 2020 Nissan rouge with an online listing price of $28,900. We was expecting lower price when we was paying cash. We was given run around an they said it was lowest they could give us the on line price. As are saleman was running back an forth. After Two hours listening to loud hard rock music we ended up paying online price. Are last nissan was purchased from a private seller an had all the service done here an was told it needed told it needed major work done on it. We decided to buy here and was disappointed from the sell from Tim Dahle Nissan of Bountiful . I acknowledge that not every sell made at this dealership will end with the same disappointment we had. But be careful
