Horrible customer service after purchace
Terrible customer service. I bought my 03 Navigator from them about a month ago. Within a couple of weeks I started having problems with my fuel system so I checked my sensors and replaced my fuel filter to be thorough. Fuel pump is going out making my car non driveable. Trying to get help from them is nonexistent. No one will return my phone calls and when I called for the 5th or 6th time they gave me my salesman who sold me my car said I could bring it in to see how much it would cost to fix it! And they boast selling the most mechanically sound Vehicles in the Valley! Within 30 days and I'm going to have to spend a $1000 on repairs already. Once they sell you a car I guess they dont want anything to do with you. Stay away from this dealership.

A purchase that was worth my experience
I had been on the market looking for a vehicle for a few months. A family member about Tim Dahle of Bountiful in Utah. From the moment I entered the show room until I left with my 2019 Nissan Altima. I can summarize it in a few words. Melvin walked me through the whole process with courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend my family to purchase a vehicle. The sales man brought the vehicles to me instead of having me walked all over the place. I was given the keys and went for my test drive and selected the vehicle I desired without any pressure. I was impressed with care for the customer I was given and had all my questions answered. The one seller point for me was that the attention that was given to me. I’m not easy to get impressed. From the moment I was picked up at my home until I left the dealership I was the only person being cared for. Melvin went far and beyond of what needed to get done to make my experience my worth while. Thank you Melvin for your prompt and the go getter attitude you demonstrated. I’m thankful for having you as my salesman. I noticed that even one of the other salesmen new my name. It felt as if I was friends. Great people with awesome customer care. Thank you Melvin. Keep up that great work. I’m another satisfied customer due to your hard work and attention to detail.

Horrible Car shopping Experience—don’t trust them
Completely horrible service. Set an appointment to come in to see and purchase a car. Got the shuffle between multiple people before someone told us the car was no longer there. Didn’t call or email to notify us that it wasn’t there. Total waste of time. We kept our word and appointment but they didn’t keep theirs. And then they put on the high pressure to try to get us to buy something else. We won’t be back.

Horrible
I would really think twice before buying a car from this place they sold me a car with no title. I paid cash for a vehicle and it's been over a week and no title still. Can't do anything with can't even get a temp tag. What a joke I can't even get a straight answer from any of them. My suggestion never ever buy a car from this place. Worst car buying experience ever.

Bad Experience
Very nice customer service BUT WOULD NEVER purchase another car from here. I went to inquire about a 2008 Nissan rouge with an online listing price of $4,499. I was expecting fees, taxes, and some other charges going into this purchase. When I test drove the car it drove well I was definitely enticed to make the purchase. However, when inspecting the car I found some problems. The antenna was missing, the rear cupholders were broken, the center console was unstable, a three year old car battery, the driver side floor was completely destroyed and the rear seat completely disconnected when pulled on a little to where it was separated completely. With these things in mind we began negotiations on pricing. With the original $4,499 listing in mind I was expecting perhaps to end at $6,000 max with everything fixed or a discounted price to compensate for the needed repairs. The first price they brought out to me was around $7,600 dollars. That was a ludicrous $3,101 more than the listing price. So I asked where the price was coming from. They tried to give me the run around eventually I was able to get them to break down the service charges and the doc and fee charges, like an hour and a half later. Eventually after cutting out some very pricey charges we got the price down to around $6,188. This was a much better price. The problem was that they were not willing to address the broken parts on the vehicle and disregarded the importance of the rear seat being properly anchored down. They had a manager even come out and look at my concerns at which point he told me that they would be taking a $600 loss on selling me this car at the $6,188 price and would not be willing to negotiate further. At which point I thanked them for their time and we parted ways. After 24 hrs, and one google review later, Alex from Tim Dahle called me inquiring about how my visit was the previous day. He then began to offer me a lower price of $5,135.13 for the car. I later accepted and purchased the car when on the way back the check engine light came on and apparently needs a new oxygen sensor in the exhaust system. A few hundred dollar fix. Things to note: -Why did they give me a run around and not just give me a fair price from the start? -They are selling cars that are not adequately cleaned or in proper repair. With any additional repairs coming out of the customers pocket. -They almost forced financing down my throat. -They go to great lengths to try and squeeze every cent out of you. 4 Day Update: Since purchasing of my 2008 Nissan Rouge quite a bit has occurred. On Friday the July 5th I took the rouge up to strawberry reservoir to go camping. To my surprise it was unable to make it up Daniels canyon, the CVT transmission was overheating and putting the system in "limp home mode". On the 6th I brought the Rouge into the Orem Big-O-Tires, a very honest mechanic, to have it looked at completely. This was going to include the $1350 fix for the Inner and Outer tie rods Tim Dahle said needed to be replaced. After inspection Big-O-Tires stated that the Tie Rods were in excellent condition. I did have the O2 sensor, a ball joint, and an alignment done for around $750 in repairs. After having these repairs done I attempted to go up Daniels Canyon again. Which the CVT overheated again. Luckily after letting it cool off for 10 minutes I made it the rest of the way up the canyon. At day 4 of owning this vehicle I am regretting I ever purchased it from Tim Dahle Nissan of Bountiful. I acknowledge that not every sell made at this dealership will end with the same disappointment as mine. But be careful because they will not try very hard to evade it for you. Personal note: I know cars, but bring it into a trusted mechanic prior to purchasing always always always. I was a bit foolish and allowed myself to be taken advantage of by this dealership. Update: July 9th Today at 7am I brought my rouge in to a Ken Garf Nissan dealer to be looked at. It en

When you get to the finance person----Beware!!!!
At closing found out I was getting 2k less for my trade-in than I was told I would receive. Plus there was almost a $1000.00 of dealer added junk.....and that was glossed over...... I've been back to the dealership a couple of times and customer service is totally lacking.

Dahle in Bountiful made it happen!
I called Jeremy Davis at Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful to have him help me find a new car. He asked me exactly what I was looking for. I was apprehensive because my credit was not great, and I did not have much for a down payment. As a single woman I worry about getting ripped off or ignored. But that was NOT the case here. Jeremy showed me a white 2019 Nissan Kicks- I fell in love! But I was still not sure all the financing would go through. However, Jeremy Davis and the team at Tim Dahle Bountiful came through with EVERYTHING I asked for. The payments per month were in my budget, and the Kicks exceeded all my wildest dreams. I would recommend this dealership and sales team with Jeremy Davis to anyone and everyone. I haven’t had a car for 6 months, and I woke up this morning not sure if I’d ever have one. As it stands at the end of this day, I am the proud owner of a Nissan Kicks 2019 and could not be happier!

AVOID
AVOID- I have had this dealership do a lot of maintenance on my truck, and I thought highly of them. We then purchased a new 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, and we are happy with the features and quality of the vehicle, however it had a few issues that are covered under warranty. The transmission was slipping, making the car unsafe to drive. The first time, we had it towed here, and they claimed a brake switch needed to be changed. The next day, it happened again. After having it towed again, and having three other people witness the problem (and having it act up on video), they claimed that they couldn't get it to repeat, so they claimed that a simple engine control module update would fix it, even without identifying a root cause, so they sent us home with an unsafe vehicle. When the problem manifested itself again, we once more brought it to this dealership simply because it was the closest, and the car was once again unsafe to drive. The service manager said he could get us into a Rogue-a vehicle which is too small for our needs. I told him we needed something larger, which he then refused, saying it couldn't be done, and he couldn't provide any other alternative solution. I suggested he contact his sales, and get us into another car on their lot, contact a rental car agency, or even contact whomever they have rented their Pathfinder to and see if he could find another solution, all of which he refused to do. I suggested he contact another dealership within the Tim Dahle group, which he did. Instead of offering to drive us, or have the vehicle brought to us, he had us drive our unsafe vehicle to Sandy. Absolutely unacceptable! Not even because of the inconvenience, but to not give any solutions to a customer, and to have them drive a vehicle that they know isn't safe. Had we gotten in an accident, you can bet we there would be a law suit. Not only this, but Tim Dahle Southtowne was able to quickly locate the cause, and provide a solution. Tim Dahle Bountiful is a joke, both in customer relations, and in knowledgability.
