Excellent Sales Staff

Jenn and Steve were very knowledgeable and friendly. We were treated with respect. Next time I buy a Nissan... I will go back to this dealership!

Buyer Beware....Buyer RUN Deceitful and Incompetent

Wish I could give negative stars. Buyer beware....buyer RUN! If you do come here, bring a legal representative. They are all about money, the customer is ZERO priority to them! Deceitful, all words but do not follow through. Epic FAIL and returning phone calls, or even mailing license plates when I called two separate times with two different people. I bought a car here and was WAY upsold on a warranty. Even though I stated I did not want to purchase a warranty, I was told "I had to have one" and that it was "included." Then I was charged for it. Cord, the finance guy gave a "quick summary" (aka LIED) and scrolled down to the "sign here" page. I attempted multiple times to communicate with them about the error and I was told "if we don't sell a warranty, we will loose money." Its like going to McDonalds and trying to order a burger, only to be sold fries, nuggets, a burger, and a shake because "I have to have one" and "its included!" Then I get my receipt and I get way over charged and I try to correct it only to be ignored and given false promises and told "we have to sell you more food you didn't want, or we will loose money." ALL the employees here need to go back to business school 101 and learn basic, honest, customer service and redo the business model with the CUSTOMER first, not there own pockets!

Kyle Madrid is a serious liability to your business and...

Kyle Madrid is a serious liability to your business and should be removed. The vehicle we purchased for my teenage daughter just that day had multiple issues and failed to pass emissions when it left the lot. I said I had enough and wanted to get my money back. Kyle refused. I mentioned the lemon law and he said he wouldn't do anything. I will admit I swore, but then Kyle entered my personal space (within inches) in a threatening manner. He started yelling "you think your tough? who do you think you are?" He was red-eyed and told me to "get the xxxx out of his shop!" repeatedly. I honestly felt he was going to hit me if I didn't leave. On my way out he kept shouting "as is, as is." Kyle needs to be held accountable. He has major rage issues and I feel he will eventually assault a customer. He did all of this in front of my teenage daughter who was sobbing. No wonder this business has a literal F from the Better Business Bureau.

Abusive And Dishonest

Paid cash, no title delivered.

Paid in full for a car. They told me, as it was rather late, the title would be there the next day from Midvale. It has been 2 months, and I have discovered there is a lien on the car I purchased. Still do not have a title, and cannot get it registered without one. Can't get one until the lien is paid.

Dishonest People, Pre-Owned Experience - Do not suggest

Tim Dhale Nissan Bountiful website listed a pre owned vehicle for price $15.5K and while browsing the site, it also gives a printable $500 off msrp coupon on used vehicle. Called the sales guy and talked to confirm the out the door price with purchase price of $15.5K it will be $17.6K as per him and they offered they will deduct the coupon as well. Based on this discussion went to the shop directly, asked for the same agent talked before, nice greetings and showed the vehicle, agent then gathers all your information including address, salary, SSN etc and asked me to sign a few forms which they said is to confirm the readiness of purchase today. Then the fun part begins, agent took all the paper and left, came back after 5 minute, written in that the OTD will be $19.6K which is 2K above the price initially discussed for a $15.5K purchase price car. I asked for the breakdown, they told blindly title, reg and it also includes around $890 service fee for obtaining the Worry Free/Life time Warranty per their advertisement. I told as per their website, this is included in all used car purchase below 75K miles with $0 and showed the video. But they are saying this $890 is for the service to make your vehicle up eligible for the Life time warranty, which is an absolute lie. During negotiation, they told me that they will try to deduct that $890 at the max from the OTD but do not honor the $500 discount. So after the negotiation, the asking OTD price was around $18.6K which is again $1.5K above the price initially discussed which was $17.1K OTD inluding the $500 discount. As a final request told them if they can do $17.1K OTD am in and buying right now, else am out. The agent then brings another agent and that guy started saying we cant give you the car for free, that is what you are asking etc. I told the fact that, I came to the shop after confirming with them on the OTD price of $17.6K and agent also told that they will consider the $500 off coupon available online. Which is exactly am asking and not for free. With this behavior from the agent, decided to walk out from their shop. Just wasted 2 hours of my time and 30 miles drive for this dishonest people.

Worst place ever to buy a car

Me and my mom looked on line and seen a video about getting a life time warranty when u bought any car off there lot so we call them to come down and buy a car and that all we had was 5,000 dollars and that they had car in are price range so we go down and we get there and they dont have any cars in that price range so my mom tell them she want to build her credit because her husband was the one who had everything in his name and he died so she ask them to see if she qualifies for a loan and that we can get a car with the forever warranty we tell them we dont want to go no more then 10,000 and they tell ok so we wait and then go into the finance department and they tell us it 12,000 for the car so we say ok and we was waiting to no if we was approved and they ask us give them are card information and next thing we no my mom signing stuff and then is told she doesn't qualify for the forever warranty and then charged her money and then rushed us out the door with the keys and we are confused so we come home and print of the paper cause they put it on a flash drive and it say we owe way more money they took are money out of are account and never put my mom number on the paperwork or email and no bank name for the financing there lier and theft and need to be shut down for good and I will get my mom her money back after they get charged for false information on a contract

Rip Off!

The financial guy conned us into signing a sales contract without showing us the $8,000 of “extras” he added on without our approval. We weren’t able to see the documents we signed until we got home and opened the thumb drive they gave us as we walked out the door. Totally dishonest!!!

Very predatory! A sort of 1980s vibe.

The financial guys are a joke. Their approach is very oldschool. They prey on people's ignorance and despair. They also CON people in to the dealership with ads that show "actual photos" but a false price. Only to inform you the vehicle is 10 to 15 thousand more. There are FAR better dealerships out there.
