Bent over backwards to help
They were able to get us a deal and then when we left felt like we couldn't do it. Called and they continue to work things out for a lower cost. Not sure how much fixing they do on used cars. The transmission on my used car needs to be replaced.

Liars and thiefs
They will find any and every way to steal any penny from you they can. They will void their contracts and stick the consumer with all the problems. They have absolutely no morals or ethics. This business is full of crooks from the top all of the way down to the people answering phones for them. They bait and switch, change numbers and say they can just reprint and change your contract to suit them. These guys are very condescending.

Dishonest
Would leave zero stars if possible. My husband and I went in as serious buyers to purchase a vehicle. The dealership refused show us a breakdown on cost until we "agreed" to an acceptable monthly payment. We got to a monthly payment we could hesitantly agree on in order to make it into the finance department. Once in the finance department we were given the ultimatum to pay for a "platinum" protection plan to finance with our preferred credit union at a lower rate -or- don't get the protection plan but finance with a bank we dont prefer at a higher interest rate. It was not a possibility to get The vehicle financed through our credit union and opt out of the protection plan or at least look into pricing of their "gold" or "silver" plans. The platinum protection plan added nearly $5k to the total price of the car. I had to press the dealership pretty hard to even be willing to disclose how much the protection plan added to the total cost. They explained that the car was listed at a price less than what they had paid for it so they had to recover that lost money through the protection plan. Its not my fault they listed the car below what they paid. Had they not tried to hide the expense of this protection plan, and just listed the price for what they needed to sell it at, we very likely would have purchased that vehicle today. I called them out on scamming us on the price by adding in a large fee like that, and they didn't seemed phased or try to deny it.

There has to be a better Nissan dealer than this!
Went to Tim Dahle Nissan in N. Salt Lake to look at a used Frontier truck. Turned out it was just what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Wanted to purchased with cash, they didn't want that, had to finance and pay off in 6 months. Worst car buying experience in my life (I'm 70 so I've had a few). Lots of extras we didn't want, finance guy just wouldn't give up on trying to sell me extended warranties. Almost left a number of times, but ended up purchasing Frontier. I should have left elated that we found what we were looking for, instead I was royally pissed. I would never purchase here or recommend this place to anyone!

Worst place to do business
t was the worst place I have done business with they talked me in to a Lincoln MKX on a Friday night took it home didn’t drive it Saturday but on Sunday morning went about 20miles to my grandson birthday party half way there it overheated the light came on with in one second the no oil pressure light came on and it stalled in the middle of the intersection. It would not start so I had to push it to the side of the road and then I had to get it towed back to their shop at my expense. They wanted me to pay for a warranty and lie to the bank about the the deal, They redone the contract with the bank four different times they have treated us so xxxxy they will not return calls they won’t give me my down payment money back nor have done anything they have said the staff is so unprofessional with there customers

GOING ON THREE MONTHS THEY REGUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY
Yes that’s right going on three months now Timm Dahle still refuses to give me my $500 back on top of other things not to mention in my last review they ran my debit card without my approval for $1500 yes without my approval don’t go here it’s xxxxty the worst place ever

Horrible customer service after purchace
Terrible customer service. I bought my 03 Navigator from them about a month ago. Within a couple of weeks I started having problems with my fuel system so I checked my sensors and replaced my fuel filter to be thorough. Fuel pump is going out making my car non driveable. Trying to get help from them is nonexistent. No one will return my phone calls and when I called for the 5th or 6th time they gave me my salesman who sold me my car said I could bring it in to see how much it would cost to fix it! And they boast selling the most mechanically sound Vehicles in the Valley! Within 30 days and I'm going to have to spend a $1000 on repairs already. Once they sell you a car I guess they dont want anything to do with you. Stay away from this dealership.
