Great place for service!

Great place for service! Friendly staff that communicates well, reliable and timely service, clean and welcoming environment, and detailed inspections with photos of their findings. We'll be returning to Alderman for our service needs in the future. I would highly recommend you check them out!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Totally reget buying a vehicle here. Some words come to mind. Scandalous, deceptive, manipulative.

Took my car for service and the inspection due light

Took my car for service and the inspection due light wasn’t turned off, had to drive 40miles back each way to get it turned off and on top of that my seat was scratched and they look no liability without even investigating.

Worse car purchase experience I ever had.

Worse car purchase experience I ever had. Salesman Greg McGuire misrepresented to car. Vehicle showed up with cosmetic damage that cost $1840 to repair. Severe mechanical issues estimated at $11000. He presented the car as excellent condition when it’s far from it. They are refusing to assume responsibility for the mechanical issues. Stay far away from this group.

They sell broken cars and never stand behind the car they

They sell broken cars and never stand behind the car they sold. Don't trust this seller if you don't want to waste your time and money. Also, service department is awful they never call you back eventho they have your car and you're waiting for any information. They just make you pay for the rental car for nothing cause they don't know how to communicate. These people and this business only care about money, not the customers, and they'll do everything to let you down.

The Service Department quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to have the repair completed the next day! My car is very happy now and so am I.
