I had the worst experience dealing with the agent

I had the worst experience dealing with the agent Gregory Mcguire. After driving all night from Iowa to Indiana, i found out that the vehicle had a dent on the rear bumper which was not disclosed and there was a malfunction suspension light. I raised my concerns with Gregory who recommended that I a take a warranty... obviously warranty will not cover a pre existing condition. I have taken the vehicle to Mercedes dealership awaiting to know how much it will cost me to fix.

Austin was very patient and able to meet us at a reasonable price for a used vehicle. The car we purchased was in very good shape and has been a solid addition for us. Easy to work with and efficient staff and process.

This place absolutely screws people over.

This place absolutely screws people over. I agreed to pay a set price and what I paid was over 12k more. When I asked how that happened I was told it was assumed I expected “fees” so they aren’t discussed. Terrible customer service from beginning to end. The car died during a test drive and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to come assist. Absolutely terrible terrible place to purchase a car. Would never ever recommend.

I arrived on time as scheduled.

I arrived on time as scheduled. Work was completed in a timely manner and as usual for an oil change, they recommended other services. I added an alignment. Everyone was courteous and professional. The waiting area is very nice.

The oil change is too expensive even with coupon.

The oil change is too expensive even with coupon. $69 is about $15 more expensive than nearby dealerships.

I don't know Austin Sohn.

I don't know Austin Sohn. I did not get my signed paperwork that Brandon said would be in my glove box when I picked up the vehicle. I had to call several times to get ahold of someone cause I kept getting VM and no one would call me back. I did not get anything on the manufacturing warranty that is let on the car. Greg Mcguire would not budge on any pricing and he said he would have the nicks and scuffs in the paint fixed when I picked up the car and they were not fixed. Said they did not have any paint. Right!!! I got the impression from the ones I dealt with that this was a dealership that give a crap about their customers. Everyone was just putting in their hours to make their wages. I think they just wanted me done and out the door. They didn't offer home delivery as advertised.
