Definitely a 0 star business. Stay FAR away from this place. Ran my credit and sold the car to another buyer before even affording me an opportunity to purchase. Had no decency to even give me an update. Meanwhile, the internet sales team keeps sending me random videos and emails as follow ups to the vehicle they already sold to someone else. Clueless! Thanks for nothing...

Purchased a car last week we we're initially told the car was scheduled for service however the brakes are grinding metal to metal and needs a alignment as well as other concerns !

I purchased a vehicle from the Carmel location last year that was leased to me with a bad engine. After multiple tests and procedures on the car & even having engine/transmission insurance, I was able to get the proper care from Patrick with the Fishers location. He was patient and understanding with my situation. He managed to get my vehicle running and repaired with a brand new engine that was COVERED through Kia. I would highly recommend him to help service you and your family!

Would not recommend going to this dealership
Car buying is never a fun experience and my encounter with Napleton Kia drove that feeling home. Found a car on line I wanted to look at, sent an email. Got a call right away and set up an appointment. Also received a personalized video message telling me to ask the for VIP Manager when I came in. I was so encouraged this was going to be different. Arrived, no VIP Manager I don’t think one exists. First sales person to see you is who you got. Jordan was the salesperson who was relatively new to Kia. Pleasant enough conversation, test drove the Kia Sportage and liked it. Then it came time to talk price. What the heck is market adjustment - really $8000 over sticker price. We should have walked out the door then. That is down right unconscionable. After further negation ended up buying the vehicle but had to come back the next day to get it, it had to be cleaned and whatever. Went back the next day and before getting the vehicle was shown how to download the Kia app and was given a copy of the survey and how I should answer the questions. Really, another unprofessional action. The overview of the vehicles features was disorganized and rushed. Oh, just call and come back in if you have questions was what I was told. Drove the vehicle home to find a nice dent in the drivers side door. In addition I didn’t feel the vehicle was cleaned, dust on the console and windows were not clean. Sent a picture to the salesman and was told they would take care of it. I had to bring the vehicle back in two days later and they kept it overnight. The salesman said I could have a loaner vehicle but when I went in to drop off my Sportage he had a hard time finding a vehicle. He knew what time I would be there so not sure what happened there. I ended up with an old model Kia Soul that was not cleaned and when I drove off the low fuel light came on. Good thing I didn’t have far to go. My Sportage was to be ready the next day and my salesman said he would not be there but would text me when it was done. No phone call by late afternoon so I texted him. An hour later no reply tried calling the sales manager. Voice mail every time I called. Finally got a text it was done. Went to pick it up and asked for the individual I was told too. No one spoke to me and he just handed me the keys. That was the last I have heard from anyone from the dealership. Heck, I got a written thank you card from a salesperson when I bought a chair. I have waited to write this to see if I would hear from anyone about how the car was driving etc. Nothing and guess what I didn’t get a survey. Nice how they can tell you how to answer one and then not send you one. It was obvious they have the ability to not send out one when they know it won’t be good. Please don’t give me your candid reply to this review. If someone wanted to make this right they would have called me I will not call you. That is not good customer service either. I also want to change my dealership to a different one as I will never go back there again. This was a bad situation and no one there bothered to even try to make it right. Shame on all of you. We are in a living nightmare dealing with this dealership
We are in a living nightmare dealing with this dealership right now. They had our Sportage since May to replace the engine under our extended warranty. The car was there for MONTHS and not once did Chaley or any other service employee provide an update unless we called repeatedly. They also never answer the phone but just always text back. We had our car for one week before there was another catastrophic failure and we had to get it towed back. After having it for several weeks we finally got through to a service manager who claimed to have no knowledge we had the extended warranty even though our car was there for MONTHS! Repeated promises to expedite things have been absolute lies and we still have NO idea when we will get our car back. Today we are filing a complaint with the BBB and I guess retaining legal help? This is absolutely insane, we just want our car fixed and have been VERY patient.
