Watch out for the bait and switch tactics.

Watch out for the bait and switch tactics. I was in negotiations several days on a car, had a trade in with positive equity, and offer cash down to get payments and terms in my budget I allowed myself. They would barely budge. Sales manager discount car down but added an inspection and cleaning fee of $1500. I told them I would not pay that fee and to remove it. They said they can’t go any lower in the car. I said ok it’s not for me then. Next day I get a message saying the GM is looking at the deal now and he can make the call if they can go lower. I was happy to hear this, I didn’t hear anything more that day, then the next day sales guy said when can you come get it? I said do we have a deal. He replied yes. I clean up my trade, drove an hour away from home, only to get there and be told same deal as a few days ago, oh and some one is on a test drive with it so I better sign the deal. I said they can have the car, I was told the deal was a go and agreed upon by both parties. Sales guy said hold on wrote my deal down again and took it back in the manager office. 15 min later he comes out and says we got it! I look at the paper and yep they finally took the $1500 off! But wait! They just added back into the car price??? Nothing changed, apparently I’m an idiot, maybe I really am! Sales guys says this is a xxxx of a deal! Take it! We are LOSING $1000 on this deal! Right! I bet! I walked away, the other guy can buy it, maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. Cars been in there lit over 40 days, was driven so often the battery was dead. Talked to two other dealerships as I was out and about looking at other cars told them what was going on and the both said watch out for those guy. Bad business practice. Lesson learned I guess.

They did not want to work with me, kept ignoring me.

We had a fantastic experience at Napleton Kia of Fishers buying a 2024 Kia Carnival. Working with Trevor was great. He made the process easy and comfortable. He has a great personality and combines that with knowledge and professionalism. Everyone working there were very welcoming. Love the new Kia Carnival. Dave and Patti K.

Definitely a 0 star business.

Definitely a 0 star business. Stay FAR away from this place. Ran my credit and sold the car to another buyer before even affording me an opportunity to purchase. Had no decency to even give me an update. Meanwhile, the internet sales team keeps sending me random videos and emails as follow ups to the vehicle they already sold to someone else. Clueless! Thanks for nothing...

Car needs to be serviced IMMEDIATELY !!

Purchased a car last week we we're initially told the car was scheduled for service however the brakes are grinding metal to metal and needs a alignment as well as other concerns !

I Choose Patrick!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from the Carmel location last year that was leased to me with a bad engine. After multiple tests and procedures on the car & even having engine/transmission insurance, I was able to get the proper care from Patrick with the Fishers location. He was patient and understanding with my situation. He managed to get my vehicle running and repaired with a brand new engine that was COVERED through Kia. I would highly recommend him to help service you and your family!
