Bought a new Kia Sorento back in March and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The red flags started almost immediately and we should have walked away but we liked the vehicle. The first issue we had was after the test drive we went in and told them that we found one 1 hour away much cheaper so they almost immediately matched the price. Great right umm not so fast! So we said yeah we will take it then that's when the problems started the salesman came back after shaking hands on the deal and said that he couldn't do it and it would be $1100 more lol. After arguing we agreed to $550 more which was crazy but again we liked the car 😌. After all that we get home and realize that the price they actually charged us for the car was an additional $1000 on top of the $550 we did not catch it so shame on us but please be very cautious doing business with these guys they have no problem with cheating you out of your money. BTW this is first review I have ever written and it took me reading others that convinced me to write one.

G Higgins was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful! Everyone else we encountered was super friendly too! They were able to work with us to get us a good deal!

Good car buying experience from the sales consultant (Quan and George) to the finance office (Matt). Took a little longer than I would have liked to get to the paperwork, but that was to be expected. I am happy with my vehicle so far and would highly recommend Napleton Kia of Fishers.

Alex was very helpful, my daughter and son-in-law got there five minutes before closing but he let them test drive the car they were interested in. I was able to buy the car the next day. The finance guy was also very nice. A+ Transaction!
