Excellent Service
I brought my car in for service yesterday. the staff was very thorough in their multi point inspection. they suggested replacing 2 air filters which I did. after service they returned my car to me at my workplace.

Charged extra
My card was supposed to be charged $160 and It was charged $1600 and I am literally fighting to get my money back. I’ve called every day for the last 5 days and keep being transferred to voicemails with no return calls. I can’t believe this.

"Scheduled" test drive for sold car
Found a used vehicle I liked on their website and used the website link to make sure the vehicle was still there and schedule a test drive. Was emailed back and had a test drive scheduled for late afternoon. Made the 2 HOUR DRIVE there only to find out the vehicle had sold earlier in the day. IT WAS SOLD WHEN THEY SCHEDULED MY TEST DRIVE. Wasted 4 hours round trip because they lied to me.
