I found a 2018 Honda CR-V on Cars.com at Napleton Kia in Fishers, IN. I called to reserve the vehicle. My Appointment was at 7pm and I walked out of there with my new vehicle by 9pm. I love 💕 my new vehicle.

Incredible service!

This was my first car buying experience and it blew me away! I worked with Alex and he was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, he took his tim to introduce me to the car and matched his level of information to my knowledge level, and ensured that any questions or needs I had were taken care of. He ensured to address me, not my male SO and was extremely professional and kind. I would absolutely go back when I need a new car again, which hopefully won't be any time soon! Also the cars are awesome and priced well.

Laughable

If you are interfacing or in a room with customers right now, wear a frickin mask. It's not hard. Also, sales staff come in and apparently blasts music. Makes for a great waiting experience. Also, waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they ran a (not free) diagnostic? Smh

Disappointing appointment set a week in advance with several text and phone calls received to confirm the test drive of a Plug-In; yet the vehicle was not charged for a test drive in Electric mode.

Rafal and “G” were who helped me through the whole...

Rafal and “G” were who helped me through the whole process of my purchase. I was a first time car buyer and they made the process so comfortable and fun. G was awesome! He took me on test drives and gave me the low down on every car we took out. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered! He was super informative in explaining all the features and even helped me set up features like CarPlay and UVO after my purchase. Rafal was great! He figured out how to get me what I wanted in my budget and was very informative through the whole thing. He broke down the process for me and made me feel very comfortable through everything. These two were great to work with and treated me like family! Overall, the dealership and personnel were very nice and professional! Very pleased with my purchase from them!!

Just another scummy used car dealership.

Went to check out a car listed at 13,500. Ended up paying almost 17,000. Sat in the dealership for almost 5 hours while salesman goofed off and took smoke breaks back to back. A month later, after realizing my temporary plates had expired, I went to go about getting the car registered and plated and was told there was still a lien on the car and that the title was NOT CLEAN. My financial advisor told me they are not supposed to sell vehicles without clearing titles first. Not to mention that I was never told there was an issue with the title to begin with. Been trying to get assistance from someone at the site for the last week. Worst customer service ever. I was told they were sitting by the phone letting it go to voicemail. Do business with these people at your own risk! Very corrupt and shady people. Strongly regret purchasing my vehicle from them and will share my experience with as many people as possible.
