The staff was friendly and provided good customer service for the most part. Thats where the positive ends. During the negotiation of price, they would not disclose the final purchase price of the vehicle and would simply talk in monthly payments. While going through the signing of paperwork, there were 4 additional items included in the purchase that I did not ask for and was not informed of during the negotiation. These were slipped in with the paperwork we were signing. They were additional "protections" for door dings @ $300, tire and wheels protection @ $600, and windshield protection @ $300. When we brought this up to the finance manager, her said we had to speak to the sales associate. This is where we should have walked. They said they could not remove it or they would "get fired" and kept talking and directing to the sign. Unfortunately, my wife and I were in a tight spot and needed a car as hers was just totaled. That was the reason we were looking. And no point during the negotiations or signing did I feel comfortable like I was fully aware of what I was buying. I'm considering contacting an attorney. These are the type of sales experiences that make people hate going to dealers. And on top of everything else, they make you leave your review on Google WHILE the sales associate is sitting in front of you.

Bait and Switch
I am incredibly disappointed with Napleton Kia of Fishers. My husband and I drove over 2 hours for a car the the website showed as $13,500. During the sales pitch, the sales rep talked up the Napleton Experience - but at no point did he mention that this Napleton Experience came at the extra price tag of $2,000. It is also not something that is optional. In other words, the car that was advertised at $13.5K was really $15.5K. Deceitful and underhanded practices. Practices like these give car dealers a bad name, and in this case it is deserved.

Ask for Douglass Shephard
We went to look at a very specific new car. Douglass greeted us and took us immediately to the car we were interested in purchasing. He told us several key features about the vehicle and let us take it for a test drive. After deciding that wasn’t the vehicle for us, we looked at a different one. He also informed us of all the features that it had. We talked about the pricing, where he shared with us how the discounts work. He wasn’t pushy and gave us the respect of not making us feel bad for taking his time without making a purchase. When we are ready to buy, we will be going back and asking for Douglass. My husband had talked to another salesman on the phone, but said that he was extremely pushy and arrogant so we purposefully avoided asking for him when we got there. Thankfully Douglass was outside at the time. In all the dealings of car salesmen, Douglass has been by far the very best. He didn’t make a sale that day, but he will in the near future.

They had a car listed for 12k. When my 19 year old son...
They had a car listed for 12k. When my 19 year old son showed up to buy it, they told him it was now 13,900. Not only that, it had been wrecked, looked like someone had vomited in it and there was a beeping sound that would go off. The young man that helped us said the manager was aware of it but they wouldn’t do anything about it. It was a promotional vehicle to get people in the door. They didn’t really care to sell it. When we talked to the manager he lied and said he was not aware of the accident or the beeping. That we weren’t even from around here and they were more interested in selling cars like this for people who would be using their service department. Seriously?!? Thank God I showed up. I am disgusted they would treat customers that way. I definitely wouldn’t trust your children or loved ones to purchase anything. I caught the manager in more than one lie. We found a great car at Tom Wood Nissan. They were so helpful. We got a nicer vehicle. Paid cash. Great transaction and service! Don’t trust Kia Napleton.
