We did research for several months and found this one last week. Seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Everyone we came into contact with was so pleasant and professional.

Our salesman Nate was great! Explained the features on our new vehicle and how to use them. Never felt rushed or pressured. He was very personable. Chris the finance guy was great to work with as well. Got us a monthly payment we could live with!

Ty and Devin were wonderful. I typically do not like car shopping because of pushy salesmen. They are both down to earth and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Definitely ask for either one of them when you are there!

The people were great. We felt like they really listened to what we needed and worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a price that worked for us. The dealership itself could be a little nicer: complimentary water bottles (we were there for four hours) and cleaner bathrooms.

After our Kia Soul engine seized we had it towed to Napleton Kia Rachid was very helpful in the sell of the soul to help us with down payment on our new sorento he stayed in touch til we were able to get there next day and was helpful in every way possible with purchase of our new vehicle
