Bait and switch

Mykal at Napleton Kia of Fishers pulled a bait and switch on me and now the manager will not take or return my calls. When Mykal showed me the price break down the incorrect model. He promised it was the model we were discussing and this was just an error on the sheet. After four hours in the building and a migraine, I did not notice in finance that the car was actually an entirely different model we had not discussed. Napleton claims no responsibility and the manager is sending me to voicemail with no return call. I will absolutely never purchase another Kia because of this poor customer service. If you want a Kia- go to a different dealer.

2014 used Kia sportage

Mykal Price helped my 87 year mom get a new used car. Very nice. Very helpful. All around great experience. Got there at 3pm out by 5pm.

I purchased a brand new Optima and Mykal was fantastic

I came to this Kia looking for a new car and to trade in my 2016 Elantra and Mykal was phenomenal. He was not your typical pushy and overly aggressive car salesman. He was extremely friendly and was able to meet all of my needs!

Very un-professional

This has been the worst experience ever! The sales team has poor communication. The finance team pass the buck. The GM was involved and didn’t return calls as well. Still waiting on the title work and the car was purchased almost two months ago. If you are looking to buy a car, go somewhere else!

Ty Gregg is great!

Can't say enough nice about Napleton's service and my salesman, Ty Gregg. I bought a used car from Ty last month and the whole process was pretty painless. I was told they would file my paperwork with the license branch and just as promised, a couple of weeks ago I got a letter from Napleton advising me I just needed to go to the license branch to pay. No paperwork required. Very easy. Ty has even checked in with me a couple of times to make sure all was good with my car. I would definitely recommend Ty and Napleton if you're looking for a car

Disorganized and Unethical

I just signed my second lease earlier this year from this location. The first one I signed was under different different ownership (Butler), and I had a pretty good experience. Everything seemed fine initially after the transition to the new ownership, so I made the VERY VERY BAD MISTAKE of signing the second lease. Since it is now under new ownership and Napleton name I had had nothing but problems. It started today when I took my car in for an oil change. Typically there are nice snacks out, fresh made pop corn, and free bottles of water in the waiting area. Today they were out of pop corn, had no bottles of water and, only a few packs of cheese crackers. Fox News was on the TV and there is no remote to change it (political views aside, who thought it was a good idea to have bias news on? Maybe put on something neutral like the food network?). The trip was already off to a bad start, but the real issue was yet to come. When my car was finally ready (took about an hour and a half and I had made an appointment ahead of time), I was told that I would have to pay. Now I was EXTREMELY clear when signing the current lease that I would only sign if the maintenance package was included. It was the main thing I was concerned with (aside from price), and them agreeing to include it as part of my lease was the final action that convinced me to sign. Apparently after everything was said and done it was not included (always carefully read everything -- lesson learned). Either they straight face lied to me, or there was a problem with their system. Either way they stood by what I had signed and I am now out several hundred of dollars. The kicker is they said I didn't have the maintenance package on my last lease either. HOW!? I brought my car in for 4 years and got maintenance for free every time. To me this proves they are extremely disorganized. I fail to believe that for four years they just took my word for the maintenance being included and just didn't charge me. Even when my lease was transferred over from Butler to Napleton I still had free maintenance (the transition happened probably about 9 months ago so I took my car in several times since the transition). Clearly they are extremely disorganized or straight up unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and strongly urge you to avoid them at all co
