Outstanding service from being welcomed by Nick in service for a simple oil change and providing updates along the way. It was quick check in, service time, and checkout. Andrew was also engaging and helpful! The entire service team was just so inviting and kind. I also saw Ty, my sales advisor who sold me my current car and he recognized me, remembered my car, and engaged in conversation remembering details about our conversation during my sales experience that blew me away. Overall, amazing customer service! I also want to make note that Chris, in finance has been helping me for nearly a month with a tedious gap insurance claim and I can’t speak highly enough with how helpful he’s been.
