Simplicity buying my car.

Salesman listened to my wants, found the car type I needed. I read many car magazines to find the best car for me, including Consumer Report before coming to Kia.

Mykal Price is the absolute best salesman. From day one...

Mykal Price is the absolute best salesman. From day one when I walked into the dealership he was very helpful and hardworking. My toddler was here with me while I was buying the SUV, Mykal helped to entertain him and keep him occupied along with my niece who is also a toddler.. I would definitely recommend him for any car buying needs as well as buy another car from him again.

They sell cars with defects

Please do NOT use this dealership, as they do not hire quality techs to work on vehicles! They sold my car (brand new car) with an oil leak! After several times going back to the dealer they were able to finally fix the problem! Then I made the mistake of going back for an oil change many months later, and they removed the coolant cap and never replaced it!! I seriously believe these techs are on drugs or are just plain negligent. You will not enjoy dealing with the "service" department, as they are clueless and should not be working on vehicles. They only care about the sale, after that you can forget about "quality" service from this dealer. Do not fall into the trap pf using this dealer, you will regret that decision. Find a reputable dealer. AVOID NAPLETON like the plague.

Bad car

I only had this car since july 10 2019 i have a a blowout on a tire on The front driver side cost 80 dollars To replace no spare tire. I went and Asked all thats in it is a blowup Kit that will not work when the whole Tire blows i should have got a used toyota T

Fantastic Sales

Tony was an absolute delight to work with! He listened carefully as I described what I was looking for in a car and immediately addressed my concerns and tried to find solutions. This is my first experience buying a car and I'm afraid I gave Tony a bit of a rough time, but he took it all in stride with a smile and good humor. Over the past three days, Tony has proven himself trustworthy and I know he has gone above and beyond to advocate for me and get me the best possible deal for my car. I am thrilled to say that after years of wanting one, I will be driving away in a gorgeous black Nissan Altima (who I have already christened "Black Beauty")! I will certainly be sending friends and family to Napleton and to Tony in particular for their car purchasing needs!

Most unprofessional dealership ever!!!

Avoid this dealer at all cost! They will lie and cheat just to sell a car. Then management will suck your calls. I would not send my worst enemy to them.
