Salesman Rachid was very nice & helpful. He wanted to sell me a car but was not high pressure. Chris in finance was very helpful & didn't pressure you to buy extra features.

Scketchy!!!!
Went to buy a Certified Kia Optima, has priced other Optima's at other dealerships...after much negotiation, came to an agreement on final price. In the finance office, was informed that the Certification was taken off the vehicle in order to get to price we wanted. Never was told this during negotiations...walked out and bought different Optima at another dealership....scketchy, scketchy...

Great car excellent service
I did not think I wanted a Kia but the Sorento had everything I wanted looks sharp and definitely worked for me. Harrison was a great floor manager and really helped me find everything I needed the service was great and all my questions were answered.

Not trustworthly
I was attempting to buy a car and thought I had a deal that ready but when I went to pick it up was told the deal was not any good. They began to change all the details of the deal. My wife and I was there to sign paperwork for the new car and waited for two hours before we were told the deal was no good. I was dealing with the new car manager the whole time and had never even met the general manager who squashed whole offer and did not have the back bone to come and talk to me in person but sent someone else. The car was ready for pickup and plates from my car was already on the new vehicle when they told us the news so we left with my old vehicle. It was not very professional or ethical in my view and I would say people need to stay away from this dealership.

Saddest experience
I am devistated by the lack of customer communication and price integrity at this dealership. Charged me double the other repair places because my car was towed here. When I told them I just wanted a regular battery the tech laughed and said well you can take it elsewhere?!?! My car was towed in!

Just horrible. They will not communicate and say they are unstaffed. Does that cause you to charge almost double the normal price as well? Paid 445 for a Kia battery install when a local garage I go to for non warranty work quoted 230?!?!?
