Please be aware that when you purchase a car here that greed is the deciding factor. Most everyone is aware that a dealer documentation fee is added to your purchase. This is a normal fee at most all dealerships. However, there is an appearance package, $799 added to every deal. The appearance package supposedly protects your paint for one year. This appearance package is also supposedly added in the detail department. I know for a fact, nothing has been added to your car. This is a dealer markup that is certainly not fair. I would not mind paying for something that would be protecting my car, however, it is simply not added. Used cars go through an inspection process. It is up to management if certain items on your car are not repaired. You would be amazed to know what items are not repaired. These will be things that come up in the future and when you pull into Service, you will pay for them out of your own pocket. These are just a few things that go on at Cloninger Ford in Morganton. If you do go, please ask about the turnover. It goes without saying that if you do not take care of your employees, then you certainly will not take care of Your customers.

The car I got was 22.000 I payed 8.000 down so I should've financed 14.000 correct Not they kept my 8.000 bucks and financed over 20.000 dollars what's wrong here???? I will be refinancing very soon and take cloninger Ford to better business bureau
