Service prices to outrageous completely ridiculous.

Service prices to outrageous completely ridiculous.I’m no longer a customer there because of that. And if all Ford Dealers have gone this crazy then I’m leaving Ford!!

Friendly people, clear information on vehicle.

Friendly people, clear information on vehicle. This truck was hard to find but was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve driven it to Florida and was very pleased with the performance of the vehicle.

I will never buy another car from Cloninger Ford of

I will never buy another car from Cloninger Ford of Morganton as long as Adam is GM. He is rude and has the personality of a fish! I own a Turo car rental business and have bought 7 cars from them this year plus recommended them to some friends but I bought a Kia from them and the motor went out 4 months later which I understand isn’t their fault but since I am such a loyal customer, I thought they’d at least agree to help me with the $6000 bill on a $20,000 car. Instead he corrected me and said it had been 5 months since I bought the car. What kind of response is that??? I told him that’s semantics and beside the point. He basically told me he didn’t care if I ever bought another car from them. I like to do business with people that appreciate me giving them my hard earned money, if my business doesn’t mean more than that, I will never be back. I just hate that some their amazing staff has to work for such a selfish know-it-all that is close minded and has antiquated morals. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Cloninger Ford of Morganton!

Now, I was not going to put in a public complaint but you

Now, I was not going to put in a public complaint but you all sent the email to me for feedback and here is your feedback. Service department is terrible, due to the situation we had with them they were highly unethical. Not sure if this is a standard practice, I can only share my experience. I took my husbands new truck in because it had a recall on the wiper motor. I called, made an appointment for the following week, I received a text confirming my appointment and a text confirming that the part that I had requested had arrived at the dealership. I took time off of work, drove the truck to the dealership that is 20 minutes away, waited 1.5 hours for the work to be performed. Took the truck home and at the first sign of rain my husband calls to tell me that the windshield wipers do not work, same issue. He called the service department and was told that they did not know when they would be able to get that part in and that they did not perform any service on our truck, the wiper motor was not replaced. I wasted over two hours with travel, why did they have me just sit for 1.5 hours in the waiting room for nothing. Is it because I was a women that you thought you could pull this on me? I am just a wife that was doing a favor for my husband on HIS truck and what was done is highly unethical. We will never bring our truck back for service and at this point I highly doubt we will ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Charlie Kaylor was great through the whole purchase

Charlie Kaylor was great through the whole purchase process. All dealings were completed over the phone. When picking up the Bronco Sport the final paperwork was quick and easy. There wasn't any pushy pressure to purchase extras or extended warrantees. I am very happy with the purchase process from Cloninger Ford from start to finish.

We have bought a lot of new cars and this dealership tops

We have bought a lot of new cars and this dealership tops them all with great and knowledgable people and service. They are fast and courteous and treat us like family. We have purchased our last several car from Charlie and he goes way beyond the extra mile to find us the cars we want. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had an issue with a backup alarm scheduled service

Had an issue with a backup alarm scheduled service Monica They had to order a sensor but Monica kept me informed on when the part would be in and truck was fixed the next day very pleased with service
