12 years ago I purchased my first Toyota from Toyota WC. Four days ago I purchased my second Toyota from them. I worked with Jen Del Prado, who found me the exact car I was looking for. The process of reserving it was simple as well as the buying process. This dealership does not charge over MSRP and they kept their word. Jen kept me well informed on the delivery date and pick up was easy, All the staff I encountered were pleasant. I wish other dealerships valued the customer experience as well as Walnut Creek does. I am a return customer and I was happy to give them my business a second time. Thank you Jen and Toyota WC for making my experience a pleasurable one.

Easy and stress free buying experience. I feel that I got a fair price on my purchase as well as my trade. No games with managers or shenanigans with the finance department. Simple process and happy customer.

The best thing about this dealership is the way they do business. If you go, ask for the General Sales Manager Jonathan. He was extremely helpful finding my daughter the right car and then made sure she was working with a nice salesperson when she came in to test deice and buy.

Mike Han at Toyota Walnut creek was great getting us the car we wanted and patient in walking us through the process. He communicated throughout the process of waiting for delivery and provided great advice as this was a first time car buyer (recent college grad). Bought a used suburban. Shook hands on sale price. Started filing out paperwork. Another guy offered more while buying. The price went up. Very crooked.
