I purchased a vehicle from Direct Auto Team in 08/2019. I had the opportunity to work with Dmitri (the owner) and nick, they both offer a great costumer service. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I feel fortunate to have found this dealership! I bought a very good, affordable SUV a few months ago. There haven’t been any issues, except a recent issue with the button to the a. c., which they ordered the part for and fixed immediately, after I called. All in all, from my initial contact with Nick when I found the car online, to arranging the inspection and title, and later to fixing the car, my experience has been excellent! I would recommend working with Dmitry and Nick to anyone,. They are professional, fair, and helpful!

I found the truck I was looking for. This truck is in "MINT" condition. Monday July 29th i test drove this truck, put a deposit down, and Dmitry did the impossible. Dmitry found a lender that would loan me the money i need in order to purchase this great truck. From the intial handshake Dmitry is professional, thoughtful, and family oriented. I reached out to Direct Auto Team regarding a BMW convertible I saw online that I thought could fit what I have been looking for the past couple of months. Nick promptly got back to me and worked with me and my very hectic work schedule to make time to meet with me for a test drive. I was very comfortable from the start not feeling pressured at all and he and Dmitri answered all of my questions and understood my worries of purchasing a used vehicle. Dmitri and Nick were not only kind and caring but worked with me in making sure that the car I purchased was serviced thoroughly and met the needs of what I expected a used car to be coming from a dealership instead of buying for sale by owner. I will be contacting Nick in a couple of years to purchase a new/newer convertible that I plan to drive year round and I have already referred a friend/client of my own to meet with Nick to see how he can help them.

I found this Jeep online and thought it was a great deal. While looking for a few months, I went to check this one out and fell in love. It drove smooth, fully serviced and great tires/breaks.
