Didn’t take car to PPI I planned. Gave them a couple days notice and they could not deliver the vehicle to the inspection. They answer the phone with “direct auto” and I never knew who i was talking to. Mid.

Called ahead and expressed interest in an 04 beamer .it wasn't the perfect car for me.after walking around a bit in the car lot .there were many cars to check out in our price range..took a ride in an 05 merc. I purchased my second Land Rover LR2 from Dimitri yesterday at Direct Auto Team - the first one I bought 5 years ago and my experience trading in my old car and the purchase experience was so easy, fun, and no-stress at all. Dimitri was there to answer any questions I had and gave me a fair price for my trade. I went on their website recently because I wanted to see if he had any other newer year models and found another LR2 for sale. I called him and arranged a test drive. The car is in excellent condition and the price was reasonable - I ended up trading in my car for the newer LR2 and the process once again was fun, informative and seamless! Thank you to Dimitri and Andre for being so nice to me and my sister during the purchase process - I love my "newer" car and will continue to purchase my vehicles from you in the future! Also, I will refer as many people to you who want to avoid the high cost of buying a new car but want a great inventory, price and excellent customer service! I bought my new (used) 2021 Kia Sportage from direct auto team. Dmitry and his team provided excellent customer service from the minute I walked in the showroom. They were very friendly and caring and great to work with! I took the car for a test drive, and the car was so clean and spotless and ran very smooth. They also helped with license plate registration & car loan which made it so much easier. I would highly recommend direct auto team to anyone!
