I reached out to Direct Auto Team regarding a BMW convertible I saw online that I thought could fit what I have been looking for the past couple of months. Nick promptly got back to me and worked with me and my very hectic work schedule to make time to meet with me for a test drive. I was very comfortable from the start not feeling pressured at all and he and Dmitri answered all of my questions and understood my worries of purchasing a used vehicle. Dmitri and Nick were not only kind and caring but worked with me in making sure that the car I purchased was serviced thoroughly and met the needs of what I expected a used car to be coming from a dealership instead of buying for sale by owner. I will be contacting Nick in a couple of years to purchase a new/newer convertible that I plan to drive year round and I have already referred a friend/client of my own to meet with Nick to see how he can help them.

I found this Jeep online and thought it was a great deal. While looking for a few months, I went to check this one out and fell in love. It drove smooth, fully serviced and great tires/breaks. Direct Auto Team was outstanding from start to finish. One of my best car buying experiences that I can remember. Direct Auto had an equivalent car with lower mileage for a lot less that the big name dealership. Totally recommend and I am very happy with the outcome.
