Excellent service and great experience.

I have given Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw a 5 star rating because of the service and great experience I had given to me by Lavar Frederick. Lavar took the time to explain to me the service needed for my vehicle. Showed and explained the types of tires available, broke down exactly what each service would cost and how long it would take. When I told Lavar I was not able to wait he arranged a loaner vehicle and helped me through the process. When the full multipoint inspection was completed Lavar called me and told me what was found and recommended what needed to be fixed. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Lavar completed my experience taking me walking around my vehicle pointing out what was done, kind words and smile.

Jason is amazing

I’m very upset that I’m losing Jason as my service rep, but he deserves his promotion. I was taken care of by Jason and Spencer on this visit and Spencer is stepping into Jason’s hard to fill shoes! It’s looking promising! Seriously, overall great service from everyone in this service center!

It was great!

I drove over an hour to come to Jim Ellis for service and will keep doing so! They had me in and out super fast even on a Saturday! Mike kept me informed on the status of my car the whole time.

Very pleasant visit with outstanding service from Diana

My experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw was very positive and pleasant experience. Diana made sure that my repairs were taken care of in a timely manner, in addition to a complimentary car wash and fair price on the repair. She kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle and made sure we had refreshments during out wait. She was lovely and the staff at the service center were all very friendly and helpful. I look forward to working with Diana again in the future.

Good experience - very satisfied

We've had good experiences at this location. This was the first time in our service visits that the wait was going to be about 2 hours (right before Christmas). The service advisor offered transportation to our house so we wouldn't have to wait in their waiting room. He ordered a Lyft (free) for us and we got home quickly. This worked out great for us & we were able to run errands and go back later to pick up our vehicle. Very satisfied.
