Always polite. The employees here, especially my service manager Robbie, are extremely nice and have positive energy. I’ll be buying my next vehicle from here.

Pleasant

Easy to schedule and friendly staff. Cleanliness and beverages provided. Available cell phone plug access and umbrellas for the very rainy day. Smiles and have you been helped questions was very welcoming!

Awesome!

James met me outside the door, he was friendly, professional, attentive, and had caring eyes and a compassionate smile. He made car buying pleasant and was very supportive and intuitive to my financial goals. It was a great experience!

Robert was very nice. Did recall on air bags. Ask to replace bulb on tail light and it would be $25.00. Thought this was horrible. Thought they would just stick it in for me.

Trip to Kia

Lavar goes above and beyond to ensure Kia owners have the best experience while getting our cars serviced at the Cobb County location. On multiple occasions Lavar has taken the time to make our service appointments stress free as possible with making us feel comfortable and helping to resolve any issues with the help of other employees; starting at the time we arrive to the time we leave. He truly is one of the best employees at this location. Feeling comfortable with staff you can trust with your vehicle and receiving fare prices at the service center has made me very satisfied as a customer.
