The staff was very helpful and did all they could to make

The staff was very helpful and did all they could to make me as cofortable as possible. This was more than expected given that I spent more than a day at the dealership. The service department ensured that all the work was done correctly and in a timely manner. The sales department made the experience easy going and expidited as much as could be expected. The dealership is out of the way but I would make it a point to get my next new vehicle with them in the future.

Taylor was a pleasant salesman who was very familiar with

Taylor was a pleasant salesman who was very familiar with the vehicle. I was pleased with Jessie White who worked with me through the purchase. Corey in service transferred my bed cover and hitch to my new Truck, which was much appreciated. Overall very pleased with the experience at Rainbow

Prices for any service to vehicle is absolutely

Prices for any service to vehicle is absolutely ridiculously over priced!!!! I make it a point to Never go there or any dealership and will never buy another Jeep!!! EVER!!!

Brought truck in for manifold leak with the intention of

Brought truck in for manifold leak with the intention of replacing the headers while y’all were extracting broken bolts. We asked if they could use the headers we had already purchased and it was agreed. I was given a quote I was happy with and my son left the truck there. After the truck was there for 3 weeks because of necessary tools needing to be ordered and trouble extracting broken bolts y’all informed me that you could not remove last bolt and I had 2 choices. To purchase more parts or send components out to a machine shop so they can remove the bolt which was a significant amount more than the quote. Thousand plus don’t remember accurate numbers. I then told them we were going to come get the truck with the broker bolt and pay the for the repair that was not completed. My son picked the truck up on Saturday and the following day before he was headed back to college we were going to change the oil and when I popped the hood and went to remove the dipstick it was barely attached and oil was leaking where it attached at the bottom. The next day I had my son drop it off and I called asking to speak to the manager. The service manager called me back a couple hours later and apologize for the truck leaving your shop in that condition. He then told me that he was going to make everything right and fix the dipstick leak and finish the job it was in there for initially so I told him that I appreciated that. A couple weeks later they called me and said that they had finished the job so I had my son drive back from Ruston again to pick it up on a Saturday. He drove back to school the following day and he got under the truck cause they told us that the new header had a hole in one of the welds but in reality it was where the mechanic had run a drill bit into it and there was also a bolt that was stripped off and sitting in one of the holes hand tight. I sent the pictures of all of that to the service manager and he told me that I could bring the truck back but I am not and I will never be back to do business there. I understand the job was has but if you didn’t have enough competent people to do the work you should have never agreed to do the job.
