Great service. Only thing is I shouldn’t have had to wait 2 hours to be told my tire sensors had to be ordered. With an appointment for that. Seems to me they should have already known that.

Very poor.
Very poor. Issue with vehicle was finally fixed but what an experience to get there. A couple of the items needing repair were done but parts had to be ordred. I asked if I could come get my vehicle and just come back when the other parts arrived and was told that if I come pick it up (actually needed the vehicle for work) that they would have to cancel the parts on order as the vehicle had to stay there for the parts order to be valid. I called Mopar and they said this is an independent dealer and they have little control over them. Also was told that no work could be done until all parts are received by them. Well, when I went to pick it up the slipped and said that repair items were done incrementally, not all at once. My recommendation is to drive a few extra miles to a different dealership.
