Flawlessly purchased the jeep that I wanted at the price that I wanted with all the options that I wanted. The experience was very smooth and efficient. Taylor was awesome.

Great service. Only thing is I shouldn’t have had to wait 2 hours to be told my tire sensors had to be ordered. With an appointment for that. Seems to me they should have already known that.

Very poor. Issue with vehicle was finally fixed but what an experience to get there. A couple of the items needing repair were done but parts had to be ordred. I asked if I could come get my vehicle and just come back when the other parts arrived and was told that if I come pick it up (actually needed the vehicle for work) that they would have to cancel the parts on order as the vehicle had to stay there for the parts order to be valid. I called Mopar and they said this is an independent dealer and they have little control over them. Also was told that no work could be done until all parts are received by them. Well, when I went to pick it up the slipped and said that repair items were done incrementally, not all at once. My recommendation is to drive a few extra miles to a different dealership.

Bought a used car, super helpful with paperwork and information. But the detail however was awful. Sent the car back due to the poor washing/cleaning job.

Love the service department. They are always patient with me. They show concern for my problems.
