Polite,helpful,knowledgeable,professional and the only misubushi service center with in an hours drive of my home. Staff was very helpful in answering further questions about future upgrades to my vehicle. Only drawback was pricing for some parts. Fog lights almost 800 between kit and installation, that's a bit much.

I called in and talked to Austin and he told me to come see him and give them a chance to find a car I love and that they would show me all of the pricing and let me make a decision, I went in and saw at what he had available and he found me a K5 GT GT2 also gave me $7,000 over what I had got offered at another dealership. Go see for yourself at Sunset Kia and Ask for Austin he is awesome to work with and has the best financing around that helped me get the payments perfect.. Go see Austin and Reese the best dealership I have seen

I was deliberately lied to about needing repairs on parts...
I was deliberately lied to about needing repairs on parts that were absolutely fine. Like my drive belt, for instance, which only has 30,000 miles on it. I was told it was dangerous and needed to be changed immediately for $385. I asked someone to come out to the car and show me why the belt needed to be changed. "Hmm looks fine, must've been a mistake." Right. Oh i need new tires also? Oh the tread is at 2? Ok let's look there also. Oh your mistake again, my tires are completely fine like my drive belt you say? I will never get my car serviced here again. Now I have to get my car checked just to see if you guys actually did the work i paid you to do. If you think I'm too stupid to remember when i changed my tires and drive belt last, there's no reason to assume you think I'm smart enough to bother questioning anything else either. Kia should be trustable. I feel like I just visited a bad part of town and got played by some grimy, pathetically needy & shady street junkie. Disgusting business practice. Never going here again, and making sure everyone knows.

Spent a lot of money for a 60,000 service. Car not cleaned or washed. Was hoping for a better feeling after the experience. Four days later my battery died, conspiracy theory. That cost another 225.
