15000 miles service on my Kia Forte. They charged me 180 dollars to replace the air filter and to rotate the tires. I usually don’t pay the change oil service as I bought the car there in 2019. They offered me a car wash. My car was still dirty. They even didn’t vacuum the front car floor mats as promised. I called the customer service twice, nobody called me back. Definitely not a good experience.

The service was great. Everyone was so attentive. My vehicle was very clean when it got it back. All employees were very friend Lt. Everything was explained to me. The only thing was the price was a bit higher the quoted to me when it dropped it off.

Even with an appointment the oil changes take 60-90...
Even with an appointment the oil changes take 60-90 minutes. Kendall was nice and helpful, though, and respectful of my time. Car wash did not work very well. Had to go pay for a Brown Bear afterwards to really get the dirt off.
