John gets 5 stars being an awesome salesperson!! But they took the Mercedes and offered a rental which we declined as it was only going to be a few days. We were told we’d get an estimated completion date by Monday. After texting on both Monday & Tuesday, we finally went in on Wednesday and learned they wont have my new car ready until this upcoming Monday. I didn’t want to push service but it would have been nice to know when we could expect the car at the time the rental was offered. Especially considering we were literally pushed to sign on the new car and hand over the keys to my Mercedes that night. Like I said though, I really like John. But I don’t like (at all) how we were “handled” afterwards. The finance guy (with whom we signed the papers) was great and the front desk administrator was super sweet and professional. When the lousy vending machines ate our coins, she brought out a handful. Excellent customer service!!!! On your rating options below, I’d recommend posting pictures as buying a car can be a grueling experience and you don’t always remember names, especially after being at the dealership until closing.

After 13 days, they were not able to recreate and diagnose the concern I had with my vehicle, and I still had to pay the diagnosis fee. The complimentary car loaners were a positive.

I walked in by myself on a Saturday morning, just trying to get ideas. I knew I wanted a Sorento, 3rd row seating and NOT Burgendy. Upon arrival I met Jackson, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. We looked at 1, I test drove it and we quickly realized no 3rd row seating. He informed me of another one coming in brand new and maybe we can make that one work. Jackson kept me informed all week and worked with my budget without leaving me feeling overwhelmed or pressured. We communicated back and fourth about what was going to work for me all week until my husband was able to go with me. Jackson came in on his day off to meet with us(who wouldnt want to make money on your day off?!) Which not every one would do. He was Awesome, and I would recommend him to anyone. Once we were in finance Brandon did my paperwork, he was great at explaining all the warranties, extra coverage and policies. I don't buy cars often , the last car I bought was 12 years ago, however it was a EXTREMELY smooth experience and the customer service was AMAZING! Thank you to all of you at Kia.
