On June 14th 2022 I took my 2006 Chrysler 300 Hemi to

On June 14th 2022 I took my 2006 Chrysler 300 Hemi to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs for service. Two days later on June 16th 2022 i received a text from Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) telling me that based on his Master Mechanic MANNY my car needed to have 3 items replaced. 1) Fuel Level Sender Unit 2) Gas Pump 3) Gas Tank and Seals and that the fee to repair would be $2750.00 plus tax. He explained this total, reflected a 20% discount they advertised on their website. The receipt does not show i received a 20% discount. After 5 weeks on July 19th when i went to get car up from Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) walks me out to where my car hands me the keys without providing me with a receipt. When i requested one i was told that their receipts are sent to a different location in New Jersey and that in order to get it i would have to wait more than ONE HOUR AND A HALF which i could not believe!!! He proceeded to tell me not to worry and that he would email it to me later. When he sent email with receipt 4 hours later after i called again to request it, i noticed that Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) added other services. We did not discuss any of them and i did not authorized them. The receipt he emailed me was for a total of $3,680. Receipt does not show the gas pump at all which was one of the 3 main services they needed to complete. They overcharged me and did not complete the 3 services we had agreed upon. I tried multiple times to get in contact with DOMINICK BAGLIONE (SERVICE MANAGER) and Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) to get my receipt and charges corrected and they simply just do not return any of my calls or messages. They were dishonest and engaging in illegal business practices by over charging customers. CROOKS-STAY AWAY

One and done.

One and done. Never again. On 01/27/25, I made the unfortunate decision of going into the business with this dealership. I leased out a 2024 Dodge Hornet r/t through CDJR of Englewood Cliffs. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the car proceeded to shut off and not turn on after being parked in my driveway for the night. The next day, I returned the car to the service department and awaited their decision. This process took 2 days. 2 Days where I was out of work, and not offered any kind of loaner or anything. When I received the call to pick up the car, I was told that a module had to be updated, and that the car should be alright from here on out. The car was not alright. The car since then has shut off almost every day that I have had it. I have missed 8+ days of work over this, and there has still been no offer of support from this dealership. Today, on 03/24/2025, The cars battery went out as I was driving to work. I lost control of it for a second, but managed to turn it back on and bring it to a stop. I had to get the car towed back to Englewood cliffs, and I attempted to see if they could let me borrow a loaner for the time being. They denied my request for a loaner, and now i'll have to be out of work for several more days as they try to figure out whats going on with this brand new car. I came to CDJR looking for a reliable vehicle so that I could get to work, as my last vehicle had just finished breaking down. After less than two months, i've found that all that happened was that I allowed myself to get ripped off and now I have to continue getting ripped off by this dealership for 25 more months. All I asked for was a loaner, so they can finally fix the unsafe vehicle they put me in. I didn't think that was too much of an outrageous request considering how ridiculous this has been. But that was way too much to ask for, they were quick to take my money, and leave me with nothing to drive. Countless visits to this dealership, in less than two months. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Please, avoid at all costs. Update 03/27/25. It has been 4 days since i've dropped off my vehicle and there is still not update on what's going on with it. Keep in mind, this is a new vehicle. Dodge Cares, which is their corporate customer care branch, has done nothing for me because nobody in the service department picks up the phone after a certain time. The customer relations manager who commented on this, Marilyn Batres, called me to note some information down. After 4 days of making dozens of phone calls and speaking to dozens of people in this dealership, nothing has been resolved or done to help me through this time. This place is xxxxxxxx, please take it from me, do not do business with this place.

Excellent all around.

Excellent all around. Salesperson Erick Mendoza was no pressure...Sales Manager Jay helped seal the deal....and Finance person Jose got the deal approved and was very professional. All this in a state-of-the-art dealership with good music! I highly recommend Englewood Jeep.

I never write reviews but I need to warn people about

I never write reviews but I need to warn people about this dealership. The service department are scammers. They kept my vehicle for 30 days and then sent me a bill for $8,500 in storage fees. They "CLAIMED" the vehicle was fixed an waiting for me. I brought it in for a transmission under WARRANTY. They said it only needed spark plugs and after an hour of negotiating with DOM the service manager telling me that he was going to tow it and impound it, He agreed to take $1400 CASH. So with no other options, I picked it up and did not make it 5 miles from the dealership when the transmission would not shift. Turns out, that they lied and did not fix anything. These guys have a great scam going on. As per all the negative reviews, they are not good people.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Chrysler Dodge

I recently had a fantastic experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs, thanks to the wonderful team of Tim, the manager, Rickey, my salesman, and Jose in finance. From the moment I arrived, Tim made sure I was comfortable and understood that my needs came first. Rickey was incredibly helpful, walking me through the different options and never once pushing me into something I wasn’t ready for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to finalize the deal, Jose was just as great. He explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood all my options without any hidden surprises. The best part about the entire experience was how relaxed it was – no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary upselling. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

No response to setting up time for purchasing and trade in appraisal appointments. Desired car but no responses I will look elsewhere.

I found Jay and Dominick great to work with for my Durango. They were helpful and reasonable and they explained my issues thoroughly for me. Nice facility as well which helped since I waited for my truck to be serviced.
