I booked an apt for an urgent service recall issued by Chrysler. When there, they refused to service my car because ‘it has more than 120K’. The apt booked was by their department directly. Zero acknowledgement. Zero apology. Zero professionality. Lost morning for me. And indeed, it looks terrible on the brand which they represent.

I deeply regret to report my profoundly disappointing

I deeply regret to report my profoundly disappointing experience with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs. In March 2024, I decided to purchase a 2020 certified Jeep Wrangler from them, with the expectation of receiving reliable service and support. However, my recent encounter with their service center on May 28, 2024, has left me thoroughly disheartened. Upon arriving at the service center to address a check engine light, I was subjected to distressing tactics by the service team, specifically Tony. They manipulated me into authorizing unnecessary repairs, utilizing false claims of urgency as coercion making me believe new purchased ( two months ago) Certified Jeep’s health was at serious risk. Despite later confirmation by the sales manager regarding the elective nature of the suggested repairs, I was unjustly charged exorbitant fees for the replacement of oxygen sensors ($920 in labor which took approximately an hour) and an unauthorized software relearn procedure ($230). What is particularly alarming is the unjustified labor charges, totaling an outrageous $2,645 ($588 per hour) for a mere 4.5 hours of service ( 8 am- 12:30 pm), when the posted hourly labor rate is $230. One cannot help but wonder if there is a gender bias at play in their pricing strategy. Despite my attempts to negotiate with the dealership director, their proposed partial refund still exceeds their posted hourly labor rate! They're not even willing to refund me fully for their overcharges! Furthermore, their failure to acknowledge or apologize (or take into consideration when negotiating a refund) for their staff's deceptive sales tactics, aside from mentioning that Tony would be reprimanded, provides little solace. This blatant overcharging not only reflects price gouging but also underscores the deceptive practices pervasive within the service center. Moreover, the failure to perform a requested oil change, essential for an upcoming road trip, compounds the series of disappointments. Despite my efforts to seek resolution, the dealership's response lacked accountability and failed to address the underlying issue of misleading sales tactics. I implore potential customers to exercise caution and vigilance regarding their deceptive practices and excessive charges, and to explore alternative options for their automotive needs.

Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100.

Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree

I rarely ever right reviews but my experience with this

I rarely ever right reviews but my experience with this dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million n repairs the minute I drove it off the lot. I called multiple times the day after and left messages as well as emails and they did not call back until I started sending emails. They subsequently ignored me and said that since I drove off the lot it was my fault for not doing a thorough inspection. I unfortunately could not get the car inspected at any NY inspections center because of the tints on the vehicle. This car was not ready for sale but they sold it anyway. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this dealership.

They are liar they are unresponsible they don't call they

They are liar they are unresponsible they don't call they don't return the phone call very disappointed they don't even reserve 0 I bought more than 7 car from dealership like that and they are socks service today the first time I have issue and they cannot Help only they care about the money and they don't give a xxxx about customer

I was told it would be done within 1-2 hours.No one called so after over 3 hours I had to call and make sure its ready I hope there will be more communication next time.Overall nice place and I recommend.
